Let me clarify: I have an email id that has 4 email aliases. Currently any email sent to one of the aliases goes into a single inbox. I would like for there to be a way that each alias have a different mailbox so I know all the emails in that particular inbox was sent to one particular email. Hello! I'm having an issue with getting my DKIM verified. I created a key and added it to my DNS per instructions provided (instructions found here). I followed each instruction to the letter, but every time I try to verify it states that the "Verification Failed." I have also looked at similar posts on the forums and haven't found anything to help with this. Can anyone help with this? Outlook with ActiveSync causes duplicate Sent items
I connected Microsoft Outlook 2016 to Zoho using ActiveSync. It seems to work great - immediate email notifications and quick syncing. The only problem is that when I send an email, two copies of the email appear in the Sent folder. Is there any setting to fix this - or even better, can Zoho be changed to just "do the right thing"?

IMAP migration fails to add user
I am attempting to migrate from my old IMAP account to using Zoho Mail. I have added the server settings in a new migration and that seems to have worked. When I add a user to the migration it fails and says 'User not exist'. What does that mean and how do I diagnose the error further? I am adding the user name and password exactly as they are in my IMAP client and then putting my Zoho email address in the third box, hope this is correct.
