Admin access to users' email
Hello. I'd like to know if Zoho Mail has a feature that allow administrators to access users's email withou having their passwords (for purpouses like internal audits,periodic checks of usage and service care etc.)? Thanks.
Not able to change organisation name

It has been at least a half day since I had this problem, and it still exists. I tried removing and re-inserting them once, but it was ineffective. I've now decided to leave them as is. Even Zoho Toolbox's DNS records are visible to me on other webs

Can't recover mailbox after deleting user account.
I've deleted user account linked with one of mailboxes. After that mailbox is unaccessible and I can't add it's address to another or new account. Can I get mail address back. Mailbox was empty.
Search function in emails not working
I am unable to search emails - can you please resolve this quickly. Despite searching by specific email addresses (some where I have received probably hundreds of emails) it say no results match the search criteria, similarly if I search by subject line or keyword I get no results.
