Emails classified as Spam Office 365 - Reasons and recommendations
We noticed that the emails from some of the accounts in Zoho Mail end up in Spam folder for recipients using Office 365 email. The issue is caused due to Exchange Online Protection server in Office 365, wrongly identifying a genuine email from Zoho Mail as Spam, i.e, due to a case of 'false positive' in EOP. This issue caused our IP range to be classified as Spam, and hence all the emails from those IP addresses were classified as Spam by Outlook (Office 365) servers. Our engineering and abuse monitoring

Cannot Receive Zoho E-Mail In MS Outlook 2013
I am unable check my Zoho E-Mail in Microsoft Outlook 2013. My system is Windows 64-Bit, recently upgraded to Windows 10 Pro 64-Bit. This is the error message I get: "Task '[Masked For Security] - Receiving' reported error (0x800CCC92) : 'Your e-mail server rejected your login. Verify your user name and password for this account in Account Settings. The server responded: -ERR Authentication failed'." This is what I have done: 1. Reset my login password. 2. Turned OFF two-factor authentication.
Adding second email address/account

Hello I needed some emails I send back in 2018 to present them in for a judge in a trial, and when I went to check all my sent emails I cannot get older than 2019 and I didnt' deleted them. Hey guys, I created a user (freddy@paintballmaskarena.com) with the same domain name (https://paintballmaskarena.com/). I want to send mails from these users, but I don't know how to access Zoho mail form this user. I am a bit confused, Am I supposed to login from the same initial email which I used to create Zohomail? or, Am I supposed to login using freddy@paintballmaskarena.com? Need help guys.

TLS vs SSL
Hi there ! There is something I don't really understand regarding SMTP encryption. The documentation says that port 465 is for SSL, and port 587 for TLS. I have two questions : I am not an expert, but for what I know, everybody agrees that SSL should not be used anymore, only TLS is secure. Why offer the SSL option, then ? Change from Cpanel to Cloudflare
While setting up the zoho mail, it was configured with Cpanel, while actually it was using Cloudflare. How can I change it to Cloudflare. Or should I delete the account and start fresh, it has no mails in it, it was created just a day before, if to delete, how to and how fast can I start another account for the same domain.

Hello, I recently migrated from O365 to Zoho mail recently and I have stupidly turned off the mail subscription for O365. I was unaware that thousands of emails did not migrate properly to Zoho Mail... 4 years worth in fact. I have those emails on my laptop in a OST file. "Cannot get mail" Zoho is currently unavailable
All of the email accounts I have get this error on iOS devices yet all accounts can login via a browser so I know that passwords are correct. Accounts were working fine on all devices until a week or so ago. I am using my own domain and using "imappro.zoho.com" for the incoming mail server. How can the mail be working (I know this because of logging in via a browser) but I can't use it with other mail programs?
