Emails not delivering to Yahoo (and probably others...?)
Hello Support, I'm currently trying to send and being blocked from delivery to a domain hosted at Yahoo. Error message is as follows: ResponseCode 421, 4.7.0 [TS01] Messages from 74.201.154.126 temporarily deferred due to user complaints - 4.16.55.1; see https://help.yahoo.com/kb/postmaster/SLN3434.html] For the time being I've switching SMTP servers to another provider, but I'd like to get back to using Zoho as soon as possible. Please let me know if I can provide anything further to help troubleshoot
June emails all unread and un-deleted over IMAP
The Zoho mail web interface shows the correct status of messages. Suddenly today, the last 3-4 weeks of messages in IMAP show up as unread, and my inbox and one other folder show hundreds of messages that had been deleted previously. I've never seen any IMAP account behave this way. If I deleted it before, it should be gone. What's up? James

For the last week or two, both ZOHO Mail desktop client and ZOHO Mail Web client have not been working. Can't Get A Email To Save My Life
this is just ridiculous, I can send emails but never receive any emails at all. I set everything up and when you call they act like they dont know their own service. How do i get this to work. Definitely need a much better customer service if your going to be in a niche that needs so much support. Im pissed

Duplicate emails in inbox
I am new to Zoho mail. I use Zoho webmail, the Android phone app and also download mail on my laptop to Microsoft Outlook 2007 (using POP settings but leaving mail on the server until it is deleted in Outlook or one of the other apps.) I cannot send or receive mail from anyone. I send mail to gmail account normally but send to any other zoho mail account, the recipient will not receive mail.

I do not know waht the problem is, I do use Firefox, and after using computer for 30 years, to my recall the "mail to" has been always a problem for all which with the time got worse, because people tends more to use webmail. Hi We have just started with Zoho. I've looked back over past questions about why have both the drive and docs and not much seems to have moved on in the last 10 months. I'm using Zoho docs for all file management but would prefer to use Zoho Drive as it's integrated with mail etc but my big issue is that when I want to send an email and attach a file it doesn't give me the option to attach from Zoho drive which seems very strange. for that reason why would I move file management to Zoho drive

Critical Delay: 1 hour to receive an e-mail
Hi, I'm Receiving e-mails and it's delayed about 1 hour to be at inbox, but for sending e-mails it's OK, once I could see it on Yahoo's Inbox about 1 minute after clicking on send button. See the attachments with the tests (but I guess you might check on server side, using better tools, isn't it?) I can't work with so slow e-mail like that! i was intending to migrate from Free Gmail account wich delays 15 min. but ZOHO is WORSE!! Is there a solution for it? Thank you!

Does ZOHO mail have the ability for strong user encryption of email that maintains secure encryption that ZOHO cannot decrypt nor produce user keys or back door? I am looking for secure email such as protonmail and while ZOHO says its uses end-to-end encryption, it seems they are more like Google and maintain the ability to decrypt user emails themselves.

Infinite Scroll vs. Pagination
Hello, one of our clients is complaining about the fact that she can't easily scroll to a specific date to see email messages, as she has to scroll with the infinite scroll. It makes her hard to go back to December 2011 for example. I know there is an advanced search feature, but is there a way to "restore" pagination and get rid of infinite scroll for? Thank you
How to log out
I know this sounds ridiculous, but I'm using Zoho mail for the first time and I simply can't see a place to log out. I generally use several non-linked e-mail accounts and log out to move from one to another. In this case, I want to log out to create one for a friend. I can see how to log out on THIS page - but not in Zoho Mail. Help?

A day ago it was working to click the "Insert HTML" button to load my email templates. Today when I was trying to insert my email template via the "insert HTM" button when I click the "insert" button after the template doesn't load and it says, "[object HTMLBodyElement]".
