Host Not Reachable
Dear ZOHO I am not able to receive mails and getting error of Host not Rechable. Can you please resolve the issue.
Cannot receive emailed sent from third party
We are using an ecommerce website and they send the email on our behalf to customer. The customer can receive email notification (as per picture below), but we cannot on our end. I have checked the mail log and tried to save the domain in the white-list but the email still fails to be received (as per attached log). Can you please check and let me know if there is any settings I need to turn on so we can receive the email? Thank you Trang

Restore Deleted Emails
I use Outlook to read and use my emails. My address is a Zoho one. Recently I was notified Zoho storage was reaching limit. I deleted emails from Zoho site, not realising this would affect my Outlook where they also have disappeared from. Stupid I did not understand. Any way of getting them back?? Thanks
Pasted Image not being displayed in recipient
Hello! A coworker here is having a strange problem. When she past any image in the email to send, she get no confirmation mensage, and she see's the image in the body of the email. When she send the email, we can't see the image in the body of the email. If she goes to sends folder an see the email that she sended, the image is there. When i do the same thing on my email, i get a confirmation message when i paste. And when i send everybody receives the image normally. She is having this problem

Hi, For about a day now, I've been trying to send emails using Zoho but always get the following error message "Unable to send message;Reason:554 5.1.8 Email Outgoing Blocked" whenever I try to send an email, regardless of the send address (besides zoho support contact). I tried emailing customer support twice but hasn't received any reply yet nor any acknowledgement that they received an email from me. Could anyone look into the reason why my emails are blocked? How do I add a second mail account in zoho mail?
I have upgraded to the zohomail standard package so that I could add a second domain and create a second email account within zoho. I have successfully added the domain in zoho but cannot see how to create another email account for that domain. Can anyone help? Thanks, Ceci

Hola: Tengo una cuenta gratuita, mi problema es que no me llegan los correos enviados a través de un formulario de contacto en mi sitio web. Hice pruebas con otros correos de otros dominios sobre el mismo dominio y si llegan, el problema es solo con los que tengo alojados en Zoho. Estuve investigando, y ya cambié la configuración de mi servidor de la configuración automática a la configuración de correo externo. Sin embargo, sigo igual. Emails sending out password
I have checked my sent mailbox to find several emails sent out to unknown addresses that I did not send. Upon closer examination it appears my password was included in these emails. I have since changed my password are there further steps I should take? Many thanks

HELP! CHANGE MAILBOX EMAIL
I want to change my current mailbox email address, but when a try to add new Mailbox alias I get this message: Alias Email Id already exists I want to add a new alias with support@.... and add it to the primary mailbox address so I can receive and send emails from new email. (I've created a few weeks ago an account with support@... email and then deleted it, I think it's because of that)

Can't select my different email alias
Hi, I had created one main email for my account (admin.mysite) and 2 email alias (info.mysite and sales.mysite) but now I have noticed I can only send email from info.mysite and I cannot choose the other emails. My ZOHO email address is blacklisted
My Zoho email is blacklisted with the majority of my clients. I never know if someone is able to receive my email or not. We've tried asking clients to white list the address but we never know if someone is not receiving emails and needs to whitelist my email. Help!
Adding users for Zoho Mail
I have a Zoho One account for my company. We only require a few users to use the CRM and the suite of apps. Many of my employees do not require to use the crm and many act as agents - thus they would require an email address from my company. Is it possible to sign them up for the $3 email account instead of paying $90 for every user? I have been looking into how to do this but cant find a solution. If this isnt possible, then I guess I would have to switch my mail server over to MS or Google.

Dear Concerned, It has been noted from time to time that, our Company name along with it's logo appears from nowhere under the email signature in each email thread once we receive a reply from our Customers. It's true that when we created our email signature initially, we included it along with it by reducing its size. But since this problem arrived, we deleted all previous signatures and created a new one. Even so, the same logo of our company gets included somehow under the new email signature

Strange Name on Incoming Email
I have a partner who emails me from his "Comcast" email account. Whenever I get emails from him the name shows up as "Comcast" instead of his actual name. Bouncing Emails
Hello. I moved my hosting to a new host, but still pointed the MX Details to zoho. However, we now have bouncing emails especially when we send from one email to another on the same domain. E.G sending am email from finace@zoho.com to admin@zoho.com, it bounces. The SPF and DKIM have been verified and approved, as shown in the dashboard. Kindly assist

I would pay for a personal email account but Zoho insists I give them a website name. Cannot proceed to create new free plan
I've tried to create a new free plan (up to 5 users 5gb and whatnot), but when I click on the "proceed" button, it isnt taking any action. Host Not Reachable (Internal Emails and Mails from Other Domains)
We are able to send emails to other domains. But we are unable to send internal emails and also we are unable to receive incoming emails from other domains. On opening the que emails message in the Sent Folder we see there is an error with a reason "Host not reachable" We use NameCheap.com for DNS manager and we have the MX Records and the SPF Records in place in the DNS but thy are not getting verified. Can someone please help here?
