Gsuite and Alias Error: The email address is already registered with another account which is not a part of this organization.
I had my email previously with Gsuite but I have canceled that and am now using Zoho. I signed up using the prefix for my domain email as "dustin" and that works fine. But when I go to add an email alias your system gives me this error: "The email address is already registered with another account which is not a part of this organization." How exactly do I disassociate my email with Gsuite so I can add an alias with my Zoho account? Thanks

Zoho Mail IMAP slow in Outlook
We have been having an intermittant issue over the last month or so where an email takes a long time to appear in Outlook (connected via IMAP) using Zoho Mail. Up to date emails can be seen in the webmail client, but often take an hour or more to appear in Outlook, even after clicking "Send/Receive" numerous times. Real email going to spam, filters not working
Hi, I have a problem which is pretty serious: genuine emails from potential clients are landing in the spam folder. I set up filters to filter any emails with words like "offer", "translation", etc. (things that tend to be in the subject line), but for some unknown reason, the filters are not working. This is quite a serious problem as I have to keep manually checking the spam folder even on my mobile when I am out, just to make sure I've not missed anything... Thanks for all assistance possible.

Apple App Email - Issue
When I open up the app. and scroll down to all email the app shuts down. It has worked perfectly in the past. I deleted the app and reinstalled it and still have the same issue. Was there an update that had a bug? Need help!

Filters Gone Wild! An email filter no longer is correctly filtering incoming mail.
I've had the same filter since August 2017. It takes incoming mail and if it is "FROM" someone NOT IN "My Contacts", then it moves the email to a folder called "Unknown." This has helped me prioritize emails from people already in my contact list. Nothing has changed in my contact list or my filters in the past week, but starting last week, it randomly captures emails in this filter despite the senders being in my contact list. SPF issue
I have 1 primary and 4 aliases. I have error that one of the SPF records is not working. This is the message when I click verify: We are unable to get TXT record for SPF right now. If you have added the TXT record just now, please wait for 30-45 minutes for the changes to propagate and try again. I can't verify each one individually and don't know what domain it's coming from. Working with Conversation View
Coming from Gmail to Zoho, I cannot get the hang of the behavior in conversation view. When I click on Delete, I expect the whole conversation to go away, but it doesn't. Sometimes the only thing that happens is that one message changes font. It feels like I can't do *anything* while I'm reading messages. It's tedious to go back to the inbox to deal with a conversation. Other times, I click on a conversation because a new message has arrived, and it doesn't even open to the new message. All I get

Emails not being delivered to Outlook
Emails are not being delivered to my Outlook inbox today. Has been working fine up until today and I have not made any changes to configuration. Emails sent from Outlook are being received by recipient, but do not appear in "Sent Items". Incoming emails are there when I log on to Zoho online account, just not in Outlook. Is there an IMAP problem? When will it be fixed?

SPF protection at ZoHo not working correctly
I’ve configured SPF on my domain to allow incoming email from 3 domains only. The SPF record is ending with -all. With this said I receive spam email messages with my spoofed email address. For instance yesterday from host 200-4-83-129.hacienda.gob.mx but also from other hosts not in the SPF configutstion with my email address as sender address. Please fix the issue with failing incoming SPF and DKIM spam messages.

I have a team of staff: 2 admin staff, 6 sales staff and 1 manager. Which is the best way to set up configure zoho mail so that: 1) When one of my staff is sick, others can check their emails. 2) All admin related emails get delivered to one email address (like when you make a group) but the emails don't sit in your inbox and get your inbox all cluttered up. 3) When a staff member leaves, how do you keep their email history so it is visible to other staff members that might need to go back and check

Hi, In my Zohomail I have a message regarding the bad configuration of the SPF record. I have this problem since I ask my hosting provider for changing the web pointed record. First I was using: v=spf1 include:spf.dominioabsoluto.net include:zoho.com ~all and now Zoho recommend to use: v=spf1 include:zoho.com ~all but none of them is working. What should I do?
