Zoho email IOS client stopped receiving emails - "page not found"
Hi My Iphone has just stopped receiving emails in the Zoho mail app - it gives me an error "page not found". I have made no changes to any settings and still receive push notifications when new emails arrive but can't load them into the app. I've tried restarting the phone but this has made no difference. I can still access emails via my laptop using IMAP and also the via the Zoho website The last email I did receive was at 10:48 this morning GMT any ideas what is wrong? thanks Jon

Hi, I would like to synchronise my Zoho contacts with the contacts of my mobile phone (Android). So I have upgraded to the "Mail Lite Plan", that includes "Exchange Activesync". Hi All, I am unable to receive any email to my inbox so far from any email addresses (I've tried hotmail and gmail). I've pointed my MX, SPF, and DKIM records towards my domain in my DNS provider. However, all of them still show the warning sign (i.e. saying incorrect MX records, etc.). Unable to setup DKIM with Squarespace

Zoho Mail App - Query about Contacts
We have a large number of 'organisation' contacts, all of which are carefully categorised. This works perfectly when using webmail however when using the Zoho mail app, contacts are merely shown in one huge list. There is no categorisation shown and 'organisation' contacts are mixed in with personal contacts of that user. Is this right as it's not very intuitive and is very clunky for the user? Have we missed some fundamental set up process to ensure contacts are reflected the same way as via webmail?

The only account I can successfully connect with Hubspot is the main admin@ account all others return a problem with smtp. Why can I only connect my main account? Hello, It seems your development team made a change sometime between December and January, and e-mails sent from the CRM are no longer synced to the "Sent" folder. This is with the Zoho Mail integration. I contacted support, and the suggestion was to check "Save a copy in the Sent" folder. However, this results in a duplicate copy in the Sent folder. Desktop Email fails to open
On several computers in our office, the Zoho Email application does not launch properly and needs to be terminated via the Task Manager. After terminating all instances in task manager the application opens without issues. Usually when a user is affected, there are many instances of the Desktop Email application that need to be closed via Task Manager. Also occurs with the Desktop Cliq app. Users are on Windows 7 and Windows 10.
