Hello, can you guys please unblock the outgoing on one of my email addresses? Control Panel does not say why it was blocked.
My mail dosen't auto delete mails from inbox

Failed to deliver the emails, began today We have used normal emails for the domain @ hotprintind.com.br. Today, two hours ago began to give problem in sending the emails, the error message that appears is: DOMAIN_NOT_RESOLVED This message appears for any domain, I already tested the domains and they are ok. It seems to be a problem on the zoho server. Thanks for any help you can give me.

Can Zoho Mail be run in tandem with Thunderbird IMAP Client and not changing MX?
I've been back and fourth with Zoho, however, I cannot get a straight answer - I have my own domain and currently use Thunderbird on 3 machines via IMAP. I'd like to test Zoho Mail and have subscribed to the standard package. I want to be able to use my company email in Zoho without having to change my MX settings - the idea being, if it doesn't help our workflow and I decide not to use Zohomail, I can revert back to Thunderbird without losing any of that interim content. Hi Good Day, One of our employee did some inappropriate and unauthorized activities using his official company email ID. Once we came across we blocked his access by changing the password. Can't send email within same domain
Hi, I have configured MX records and seem to to be able to send and receive email fine. But I can't send email to other email within the same email domain. Hi, I have a green check on all every thing, image below But still i am not able to receive or send emails All the emails from zoho are showing in Queue however all the emails send from my other email to zoho are being rejected, Rejection msg is "Your message couldn't be delivered to md@thezoom.ae because the remote server is misconfigured. Archived messages disappearing
Hey Guys Just testing my zoho account prior to going live and noticed that when I archive messages they disappear. They do not appear in the archive folder as they should and indeed as messages did when we opened the account last month. I can see the earlier archived messages but not the ones archived today. Are the zoho servers having issues? Does this happen often? We were going to use zoho for customer support but having second thoughts now. Thanks!

Hello people, I have been searching for a solution but could not find an actionable plan. I've got my domain aprods.com from another hosting company. I am using this domain for zoho mail (info@aprods.com and import@aprods.com). My aprods.com hosting got cancelled and because of that I was not able to receive messages in my import@aprods.com zoho email account. I was only able to send messages. Now I activated my hosting again and updated the MX and SPF settings to be correct. Now I can receive emails

Enviei um e-mail para uma pessoa em 26 de outubro, o qual não aparece na caixa de entrada e sei que essa pessoa o leu porque recebi um retorno no mesmo dia, hoje 29 não está na minha caixa de entrada, nem na lixeira, não mandei arquivar em nenhum lugar, ao fazer uma busca com o endereço dessa pessoa para encontrar o e-mail, nenhum e-mail é encontrado, utilizo o zoho há pelo menos 2 anos e isso é uma coisa recorrente, muito ruim, pois quando isso é necessário é porque preciso dessa troca de e-mails

Unable to setup email link in Firefox
So I went to settings/system/mailto handler then “Click Here to make Zoho Mail as your default composer in this browser.” I close zoho, restart browser, open new tab, select File/email link, select Zmail. But the system will not let me open link. It does the same with Yahoo or Gmail as well. So the issue is with Firefox, just cant figure it out. Any recommendations?
