No puedo recibir correos
Hola, Hoal tengo un problema con mi correo, noté que puedo enviar correos, pero no puedo recibirlos. Probé enviando desde diferentes cuentas (yahoo, gmail, etc) y no ingresa ningún mail a mi cuenta de zoho. Por favor, necesito solucionar este problema rápido, ya que es el correo de mi empresa y no puedo trabajar. Gustavo
Not being able to Receive Mail (Specifically from Gmail)
I'm using email hosting from zoho with my own purchased domain (www.aspiregarments.com). I can send emails from zoho, but not receiving emails. Actually, I'm not missing all the emails, but some are going through and some are not being sent. From my gmail account, I sent 5 to 7 emails to my zoho account/my domain address, in a span of 5 minutes. Out of those, i received about 4 of them, and 3 of them were returned. How to prevent message list from scrolling to the top when using Horizontal Preview?
I use Zoho Email in my web browser with my monitor in portrait orientation. I have therefore selected "Horizontal preview" so the message preview appears at the bottom of the screen. However, each time I click a message to read it in the preview, the message list automatically scrolls to place the previewed message at the top of the list. Outbound and Inbound emails not working for codewhite.co
Hi, The mails have stopped working for past few days. I did check the DNS settings in my domain name providers account and the MX records was as specified as in Zoho Mail documents. I deleted them and added again. Now the Outgoing mails are working to other domains like gmail or any other custom domain. Hi, We registered sandringhamlac.com.au with Zoho in 2016 but didn't have need to use the domain. We now have a need for the email domain but the account we have documented as the superuser account is now disabled and we can't access mailadmin. Help! Google migration to Zoho failed
I recently swtiched from google suite to Zoho. I went through the DNS settings per the instructions. I had one email account with google prior to switching. I am able to add new emails under the domain on zoho and they work fine. The account I had with google says user not found when I try to migrate. The account no longer works with Gmail and I cant add to Zoho due to the error when I try to migrate. So the account is stuck in limbo....

QQ Mail users can't recieve my email sometimes
Hi all. I am a user from China. I am using the free plan of Zoho Mail. A while ago, I sent an email to a QQ Mail user. Several days later, he told me that he didn't recieve any emails from me. In fact, while sending the email to him, I bcc my own QQ Mail and recieve the email sent from Zoho Mail successfully. So I resent that email again, then he managed to recieve it. color error in font options of compose email
When setting the font parameters, font size and font color in the Compose settings the email works when writing normally, but when sending the color attribute is lost, as shown below:

Receiving Emails Late
Hi Zoho! As of a few days ago, my email on my phone will not receive emails at the same time my computer does. The emails come in on my phone 2-30 minutes later than when they were initially sent. This is quite bothersome, as I don't want to be glued to a screen all day.
