imap blocked
Hello, my domain is (infinitexgroup.com) and my email address is mohamed.bakr@infinitexgroup.com IMAP has been blocked and when I try to unblock it, an error message appears. Please help.

Good day We have been experiencing failed outgoing mails from our app with the above error showing. Tried googling the problem and nothing's coming up. Could you kindly please assist as our app is heavily reliant on these emails. Full error as below.

This morning in Australia my Android and MacOS email clients can no longer login to IMAP. It's asking for a password. This has not happened before. Is there a technical issue? I can still login from the web browser though.

Zoho Campaigns cannot do Arabic
While there is no problem with non-Western languages in Zoho CRM, Campaigns does not let you create templates and notification emails in Arabic. There simply is no option to set the text direction Right-To-Left. I have asked our supplier, but heard nothing. Also submitted a service request, but again.. heard nothing.
