Senhores, Peço ajuda de vocês para a seguinte questão: Configurei o meu ZohoMail para o domínio linuxadmin.com.br Tudo parecia funcionar bem, envio e recebo e-mails de provedores comuns (gmail/yahoo/hotmail/etc). Porém, se o meu remetente for um servidor privado (Zimbra/Postfix/Exim/etc), eu simplesmente não recebo o e-mail. E nem sequer recebo mensagem de erro. Se eu enviar um e-mail, ele recebe corretamente, porém eu não. Estou com o meu domínio verificado corretamente, DKIM ok, SPF ok, DMARC ok,

I can not use Zoho SMTP. I created my account a few days ago and until today I could not use it. In all 3 plugins I've tried an error appears. And now I complained about the hosting and they said that in the log says my Zoho account is suspended and that's why I can not. Please help me! In the "Easy WP SMTP Settings" plugin the following message appears: SMTP ERROR: Password command failed: 535 Authentication Failed SMTP Error: Could not authenticate.CLIENT -> SERVER: QUIT SMTP connect() failed.

The days I'm trying to use Zoho and I can not. I already tried to enable SMTP in 3 plugins and nothing. Hello, I'm trying to setup this current email with WordPress to send emails from, the main account is different from the account which the website will be sending mail from, I have checked send mail as in the account settings for the ecom account and it shows it's email there so a bit confused here. My e-mail box says that I have for 5GB and I only have 200 e-mails in my inbox. The garbage and Archive are clean. Someone have an idea to clean my box.

I deleted one of my email accounts at zoho.com some time ago (mid of 2016) but I need to create the new account with the same name now (or restore the account). The email/account name is taken, so I cannot recreate the account. Is it possible to relase the name of account and allow me to recreate it?

So, I have a unique problem here... Everytime I send an email to anyone, I always get a copy in my inbox. I want to stop this from happening seeing as how I don't need it to send me copies but I can't find a setting anywhere for it. Double emails??
Hey folks - ever since my company joined Zoho,every time I receive an email through outlook I get TWO copies of it. I also get my own email back in my Inbox whenever I send one as well. This happens regardless of whether I send it through Outlook or through Zoho. Had anyone else encountered this problem and/or know how to fix it? Thanks! - Shannon

Can't add SMTP-server to Gmail
I'm hosting my domain at DigitalOcean but you are handling my e-mail needs. However, I can't add the SMTP-server so that I can send from Gmail the error I get is: "535 Authentication Failed code(535) " I've created an app-specific password (now disabled 2FA). The SMTP-servers I've tried is smtp.zoho.eu and smtp.zoho.com tried both info@mtbnyheter.se and eriohm@zoho.com as usernames, tried both SSL and TLS. Account is Inactive after someone else logged in
I have had an issue with an ex girlfriend logging into my account and sending emails on my behalf. Since changing my password it seems my account has been listed as inactive now and I'm unable to login. To actually post here i had to login using my facebook account. I have csv file with russian 1251(or 866) code page(exported address book from outlook 2010). If i try to make an import into Zoho Mail, i get unreadable fields(psevdographics symbols). Can i somehow fix this problem?

I am getting an error when my application tries to send an email via a specific zoho email account. I use this email account to send emails on specific events such as account creation, account approved, post approved and stuff liked that.
