Hi, Just to confirm, based on (https://www.zoho.com/workplace/pricing.html?src=zmail), when a company use beyond 25 free users, is the standard package charges against the 26th users and onwards or all 26 users? I've set up a new user at my rodram.com domain but I'm not able to set up the account on a mobile phone. I can't seem to figure out what the incoming and outgoing mail servers are. The user can get into the Zoho webmail app using their [user name]@rodram.com and password but these credentials aren't working for the poppro.zoho.com incoming server or the smtp.zoho.com outgoing server. Can you help?

To begin, I want to give you a little background as to how I view emails. My typical behavior is reviewing the Inbox and Spam folders. This is a decent system, because I can filter out the spam that I do want from my important email (Inbox). But, this system breaks down when I get tons of emails from sources I never want to see email from, i.e. spam bots and hacked sites. I tried to leverage SPF, and these spam bots are using valid sources, so that method is easily fooled. I want a folder for blacklisting

I've been a happy user for years. I don't remember anyone's email address, I rely on Zoho autocompleting for the people I routinely send email to. This week it's just stopped. Hello, I have tried signing up for a free Zoho Mail account for a domain I own several times in the past three days to no avail. I am repeatedly given the error "We are unable to process your request now. Please try again after some time or contact support@zohoaccounts.com". I e-mail support the first day this happened and have not received a reply. I am attempting to use admin@simplyurbal.com as the administrator account and have filled in all required fields. The issue I am having is in registering for ZOHO Workspace and the requirement to have a domain I control. I'm migrating to Zoho mail. I have used catch-all extensively, usually I give a unique address to each wesite I sign up for. Then I can block that recipient address if they sell my address to spammers. It's worked well with my last vendor. For example, my main catch-all address is example@example.com.
