Can't delete or add email alias
I tried to add an email alias via https://accounts.zoho.com/u/h#profile/useremails. It added but it doesn't work. I now tried to delete it but I get the prompt to contact admin to delete. I now try to access admin via https://mailadmin.zoho.com/cpanel/index.do#mailaccounts and discover the intended alias is not on the Mailbox Alias list. I tried to add it here and I get the prompt "Alias Email id already exists". Please what do i do now?

Changing Email Address
Hi, When I set up a new email account I missed out the dot (.) between the users first name and surname. I set everything up and then afterwards when it was realised I went back in and created an alias and made the email address with the dot (.) primary but I must have left something out because when I try to send an email from that account, there is no drop down to select the name with the dot (.) and it is showing as from the name without the dot (.) yet failing everyone/returning mails as un-sent.

Unable to search old mails
A search by keyword doesn't show emails beyond 6 months. Does this mean that they are archived or hidden? When I scroll down the inbox they show up, but don't when searched for with keyword. Can anybody explain/help? Thanks

Zoho account blocked for concurrent sessions
Another zoho account of mine, coreykenneth@zoho.com, was blocked for concurrent sessions. I only access my account from one laptop and one cell phone, but I think a mismatch with my browser and email settings caused this; my email settings keep me logged in until I manually log out while my browser settings require me to log in anew every time I visit. But I need it unblocked as soon as possible. Thank you.

Clueless about DKIM
Hi a little while ago my email started flashing up my DKIM was not correct. So I went to follow the instructions today and on go daddy it said the record is already there. Now I clicked verify, it was already enabled. Now the box has vanished, so am I okay to go? Is there a way to test the settings are okay now? Thank you, it's a bit of a foreign language to me, but my emails have not been reaching certain people and some of them are clients.
HTML Signature preview works but doesnt on the email
so when trying to create a custom signature for my company, I add the new signature, add the html, looks great and I save it. The problem is that when im composing an email, the logo is absent, as well as some other information and some is presented plainly. This could really be a deal breaker, I'm happy with zoho but will change for sure if this can't be fixed Thanks for the help in advance
Activesync and iOS mail app...
Recently I have been unable to receive new email via push active sync. As soon as I open the app it goes and fetches new emails but it never pushes. I have another activesync account set up not with zoho, and I am able to get mail almost instantly. So it makes me believe there is an issue with zoho? Any ideas?

Unable to get mail by Outlook 2003 with POP3 procotol
When I click in send and receive I get the dialog box to retype the password. I insert many times but I receive error 0X800CCC92. I change password, disable and enable POP access and nothing. IMAP protocol funcion normaly.
