Hello, i i take some emails in Zoho, and today its impossible make a download if some email have a file attach. So how can fix this ?
What is my email IP - need for AOL whitelist
Seems for some reason my email from my Zoho account has been banned by AOL. No idea why we don't spam and it's all legit emails to customers. Nevertheless, we are working to get it sorted with AOL. They need to know our mail server Ip(s). How do I find such information? Thanks in advance.

Can't attach and download files
I Can't attach files and download it at the same time.. Says it has a virus. I tried to attach it using gmail or yahoo, It went just fine. I even tried to attach a file that I was able to attach 2 days ago now it says it has a virus. The whole team is experiencing this right now.

Problems when creating users accounts (I'm stuck, need assistance)
Hi, I experienced problems when creating the accounts for my organization users so I decided to close my zoho account to reopen it again, thinking it would free up the previously created mail accounts for starting again, but Zoho now tells me that most of the email ids I want to add already exist and I cannot create the mail account for them. Sender Address Blocked error message
I understand there is a limit on outgoing mail in regards to number of recipients / bounced emails / total MB / total unmber of emails etc I have a script sending emails to a list of 5 email addresses (same addresses each time) and my account got blocked 5 mins after starting to use it. If I send each email to 5 recipients - that does count as 5 emails in the daily cap for number of daily outgoing mails allowed? Is it possible to increase that daily limit? (as 120 emails / day won't be enough for

SPF Config Error?
I am getting this error message while trying to get things set up: Zoho Mail SPF entries in your domains DNS are not configured to match with Zoho. Please configure SPF to ensure better email delivery. My domain is hosted by OpenSRS and I have input the host name and txt value as seen below: Any suggestions on what's going on here? Hi, I wrote 2 mails to the support but none answered. I swicthed from my custom mail server to the Zoho but i am greatly disappointed now. Zoho blocked my account without notifying me and without any reason. And this address is being used to send notification emails to the people who register. I have justed opened the registration system and now 50 people are waiting to get their account. Many disappointed and angry users who are not able register. I am not able to receive any mail from any of the mail providers other than Zoho, like Gmail, Yahoo etc. I have tried signing in and out of my account multiple times but nothing helped.
