Phone number already exists
I just set up my Zoho account this morning. When I tried to login this afternoon, I was told my password was incorrect. I reset it. The very next screen prompted me to "Add Mobile Number" for my email address and phone number. I'd already added a number this morning for two-factor authentication. Nevertheless, I entered the requested information, and clicked "Send Code" and got the message that "This phone number already exists". How do I go forward from here?

Hi guys- I'm receiving a message to tell me that my 5GB of email storage is almost full. I don't want to delete emails therefore I want simply to add / buy(?) extra storage to add to my free email account but the information on this is confusing and so far I haven't achieved it! Can someone help?

Some Emails Do Not Arrive and Not Even Found in SPAM Folder
Some emails do not arrive to my Zoho Mail account. For example to get forum email I tried several times resending but I still did not get message. The forum is https://forums.comodo.com/ I think Zoho Mail blocks without even delivering to SPAM folder.

Email connection with my own domain
I've been trying for the last few days every email client I could find to get a stable connection with server imappro.zoho.com, and finally it occurred to me it might be the server's fault. I'm using iMac on Sierra. With every mail client, everything looks fine after the setup, I'm getting emails sent out, and receiving emails fine. Domain associated with another account
Hie tried to register a mail for a new domain, sms authentication failed deleted the account to attempt to re-register BUT account still associated with the old telephone number. Now cant login (as I closed the account i can an invalid email address error) and cant create a new account as the domain is still associated with the closed account. Help!

Can I set up my email as Exchange email accounts?
I am thinking of bringing over basically everything to ZOHO, starting with mail first. Currently my 3 domain email accounts remain as regular IMAP accounts. i would like them a bit more secure and synced as Exchange accounts and letting ZOHO do my hosting as well. My question is - once I sign up my domain within your mail program, is there an option to them convert my accounts from IMAP to Exchange accounts? Or should I set them up at Microsoft.com first as Exchange accounts. I am confused here -
