I keep receiving mails in into Spam folder
HI A huge amount 10854 of mails keep coming into the spam folder from Mail Delivery System (Mailer-Daemon@server1) knowing that i didn't send any wrong emails to anyone and my computer is protected with internet security anti virus and updated. it keeps coming while I'm writing to you. Please can you help me. Thank you

I am setting up a email account on behalf of some one, I set up the account and tried to verify the domain but I got a message saying this function is restricted. So the next day I try to log on to try again now the login wants me to verify the email address by sending mail to it. I have not set up the mail address yet so how can I verify the mail? Cant retrieve or receive e-mail throught gmail
hi, I defined my zoo account via gmail but it stopped working . first the outgoing stopped and now also receiving , it say that verification failed - I use my user name and password - the same as i use to sign in to the zoo website. all the settings as in instructions on the zoo mail settings. it worked but stopped - please advice urgently
Cannot setup Thunderbird with IMAP
I have 2FA enable and set a application specific password and Thunderbird will not let me create the account. Says configuration could not be verified. I'm using the correct ports and everything.

Mail forwarding seems not to work
New Zoho user so apologies if I've missed something - pointers to documentation are welcome! I've just configured a domain (q42.me) on zoho. I'm having a bit of trouble getting mail automatically forwarded for an account from zoho to my gmail address. Incoming mail works great - I can send to either a specifically configured account or to something else that triggers my catch-all, eg whatever@q42.me, and mail arrives at zoho. However it doesn't seem to be forwarded out to gmail in any case. Here

Not getting inbound email to mail or CRM
I have linked Zoho Mail to my Zoho CRM and followed the setup instructions. I can send out bound email from CRM but not able to get inbound in Mail or CRM. The mx records are set up at enom as well as the cname and txt records. Any advice appreciated Kerry

Mobile zoho mail and zoho mail app not showing new emails since 5th Jan '17
Hi, Since 5th January the mobile zoho mail site and the zoho mail android app have stopped showing any new emails arriving. I have to login from desktop to the main zoho site to see any new mails. On the desktop site, I also have to go into each email account and wait 10 seconds or so for new emails to be retrieved, they don't automatically arrive as they used to. Is anyone else having the same issues? The issue with the mobile site and app is particularly problematic for us. Thanks for your help.
