delay in receiving emails
Hi, I use zoho for email and i'm noticing a long delay, many hours, before receiving each email. My domain is codermanual.com. In other words, when I send email from other platforms like my gmail account, it takes a long time to receive email at my @codermanual.com account. I've noticed that emails seem to be sending out on time. Thanks, Rob

Hi, I have seen many posts here regarding the same issue. I have tested sending from gmail / outlook.com before confirming that it is the receiving issue with ZOHO. However only 1 or 2 emails can receive immediately. 90% not receive yet or forever (not sure). The sender did not receive any reject info as well.
Shared contacts
Is there any way I can set up a set of contacts that I can use with all of my zoho accounts? I have 5 email inboxes that I want to use the same set of contacts. I am also tring to figure out if I can set-up a distribution list within a zoho email account?
Setting up a zoho email account with a Squarespace hosting plan on a dreamweaver domain.
I previously had my Zoho mail account linked up with my dreamweaver domain. In order to set up my squarespace account they had me delete all the dns records and now my Zoho account is no longer active. I can not receive emails (obviously). So I would now like to activate my e-mail again. Could some one guide me in doing this, I can't seem to find the link where the original DNS codes were.
Problem with email receiving and probably sending
we face a big problem with incoming emails. All emails are either delayed -a lot- or lost. I noticed that emails sent from our domain to our domain (inside the organisation) are delivered, but others from outside are not. Our domain is : giannopoulos.gr I am very curious, why is this happening, and if this happens often - as we are new users. We are very satisfied with the services provided here, but when its about business emails, consistency is No.1 priority. I suspect that all the emails in between
All my accounts send but doesn't reveive emails
MX are pointed to Zoho, and it was working since a few hours ago. Suddenly, none of my accounts reveive messages. I've sent a message from my personal account, and the email was sent. I didn't get any problem report back. It's like the email was successfully received on Zoho. Any idea of what can be wrong?
Czech language in Zoho Mail
Hello Zoho mail in the FAQ (http://www.zoho.com/mail/faq.html#q14), you say that you can set mail in the Czech language, but in mail settings, I could not find the Czech language. Where is the problem? Thank you Petr

Are service interruptions frequent?
Hi All, I just signed up for zoho mail today and must say that my first impression is pretty bad. Like many other users, I have had an issue all day of incoming mail being delayed by several hours. My question is to those of you who have been using zoho for a while now. Are these kinds of service interruptions and issues commonplace? I'm also getting the feeling that customer service is not exactly exemplary. Any thoughts you might have are appreciated. My hope is that this is all simply bad timing
No mail reaching my inbox
Hi. For over an hour no mail sent to me has reached my zoho inbox. I've tried sending mails to myself from different external accounts and it's neither bounced, nor reaches inbox (nor spam or any other folder). Outgoing mail works fine and I can access zoho mail web portal without problems. Just no new mail shows up. Does anyone have the same problem? Is this some kind of service disruption? I haven't done any changes to my account lately. Please advise.

Hi My emails have stopped updating. They are linked to gmail so I can see I have new emails. I have ensured I am not at my memory allowance and have refreshed the account, yet still no new emails are loading. Can you please advice what needs to be done. Thanks Nic

Email delivery delays and Zoho Response
Hi As a business user of Zoho mail I expect a certain level of support. The current delays in email delivery were explained away as a server issue that is now resolved. This was over 10 hours ago, the issue is still ongoing and there has been almost no other comment or further explanation coming from support. This really is not good enough. Can support please explain properly what is going on and update us all on when the issues are likely to be resolved. Tony

2 hours delay in receiving emails show in inbox
Dear support I sent out two emails to my zoho mail, one from gmail & other from zoho the mail from zoho recevied in second, but the mail from gmail got a 2 hours later... Did anyone have his emails back due the spam filter? I can't even send a mail!! the spam server blocks it! ... anyone else with the same problem?
IMAP stopped working
I use IMAP with Thunderbird as my client on Windows and K9 mail on Android. Starting this morning, I got an invalid credentials error. I can use the same credentials to log into the web based email. I even tried changing my password, but the IMAP servers will not accept my credentials.
Keeping emails during email migration
Hi, I haven't been able to find out definitively, if I perform an email migration using IMAP from a GMail account, whether the emails will remain in my GMail account or whether they will be deleted from the GMail account as they're moved across. Which is the case? And if emails are deleted, is there a way to ensure this doesn't happen? Thanks!
Migration of emails does not migrate all emails via POP.
Hello, I'm trying to migrate a little over 800 MB of emails from my old host but Zoho is only migrating 113 MB and says it is completed the migration. I tried setting up another migration job but it still does not migrate my full inbox from my old host. I'm using POP to migrate. Can someone please investigate?
ActiveSync Errors with Migrated Email on CloudMagic
I've migrated a few accounts into Zoho. That is, I've created a new account in Zoho and used the Zoho migration tools to bring emails across from the old account. The mails seem to have come across correctly. I can see them online, using mobile clients mapped via IMAP, on iOS devices using ActiveSync and using Andorid's native email application using ActiveSync. Exchange Notes on Android 4.4
I'm trying to use Notes with Exchange/Activesync and every Exchange Notes app I download says the exchange server doesn't support Notes, just tasks. From what I'm reading, the server needs to be exchange 2010 to support notes. Unless I missed it, the Zoho mail android app also doesn't have notes... What is the plan for adding Notes?

I am listed as the super administrator su@ex.com and have set up two additional email accounts 1@ex.com and 2@ex.com, both of those users have their own logins and passwords. Is there a way that I can receive emails from those accounts in my su@ex.com account without forwarding the account in the settings of both 1@ex.com and 2@ex.com? (I want to get the emails and do not want them to be able to stop that). If I can, can I mark those emails another color or automatically file them in another
zoho push not working from android 4.2
i've tried following this about 100 times : http://zsync.zohosites.com/Android.html the screenshots are not updated to android 4.2 and the steps are different now. i put in my email and password (i'm using a company domain name, eg steve@companyname.com, NOT steve@zoho.com) as in step 6 in the above explanation. then it waits a long time and says that it was unable to find the information, that i should do it manually. so i put \steve password msync.zoho.com exactly as in step 7... then it comes

Unable to receive mails from Gmail or Domains using Google servers
Hi, We are unable to receive any mails that are sent from Gmail or domains hosted on Google App / Google server. The mail goes through, but it is never delivered into our Zoho mail inbox. I have tried sending mails from two different gmail accounts and one account hosted on Google App, and the mail was sent. However, the mail was never received on Zoho mail. Mails can be sent to Gmail or Google App accounts using Zoho mail. But mails sent from Gmail or Google App account goes out, but is never delivered

Hi... I'm not able to receive any mail... but i'm able to send mail... Kindly resolve my problem.. i have configured mx in godaddy.com... after configuring only i'm able to send mail... but not receiving the mail. Request not to suggest the thridparty tool.. which is of no use.. it shows only the hosting server names not the mail configuration... my domain is in godaddy.com... and my hosting is in hostbuddy.com and email accounts are in zoho,com.. for mail account i think mx configuration is enough..
mx records bluehost
I'm having trouble getting through the MX records stage with bluehost. The only domain I have an option of picking is my current one. once I enter the "@", "14400", "mx" "mx.zohomail.com" and "10" I get an error message that says YOU MUST PROVIDE THE NAME OF THE OLD EXCHANGER. Anyone know what I did wrong?

Incoming mail delayed within Zoho
Hi. Yesterday there was a big delay in receiving some email messages in Zoho. They eventually arrived several hours later. When I looked at the received headers the messages had arrived at Zoho very quickly (less than a minute). But they were not visible in the web user interface until hours later.
