When will we receive the long needed upgrade(s) to Marketing Automation? The last time a date was promised, we were told Q1 2022. But that has come and gone. It's getting increasingly hard for me to stay with Zoho and recommend it to my own clients,

I've added the tracking code to my website and can see visitor activity. However, it doesn't recognise previous visitors that are tracked through SalesIQ. Is there a way to integrate SalesIQ so I can reuse the data already captured there?

How to Eject Leads that Reply In Journey
Is there a way to view email replies in a Marketing Hub journey? I'd like to set up exit criteria for leads that reply to one of the emails within a journey but I've yet to see an area that reports on number of replies. Therefore, I'm leery to use the Exit Criteria "Any campaign replied ' Last month. '" I want to pull people from the journey if they reply to an email. Can anyone confirm if that criteria works? Perhaps there's a spot in the CRM where I can view the replies within the Journey? Right

Removing connected Zoho CRM accounts
We've recently connected Marketing Hub with Zoho CRM, but we want to change the synced account with another account from our Company. Right now, it seems we can't remove any accounts. UPDATE: It looks like you'd need to contact support in order to remove the accounts. Might be a feature to consider, allowing admins to remove/unconnect accounts.

What happens to bounced leads when they are sync'd from Zoho CRM? Plus a few other questions related to sync'ing.
A few questions for the MH team. I've a list of leads that come form a sync to a ZohoCRM view. 1. What happens when a sync'ed lead is bounced. Does the bounce information get pushed back into the CRM? If so, when and what does that look like? 2. If a lead upsubscribes, what happens to the sync'ed contact in the CRM? 3. When I delete a lead from MH, can I re-sync the lead (so it is no longer deleted) from the ZohoCRM contact?
Form based campaigns with CRM Lookup
Hello, I am sending emails with a form link to my contacts via ZOHO CRM, to let them check and eventually update their details. If they click on the form link, the form that pops-up is already prepopulated with their details stored in CRM. (Lookup field). I would like to do the same with Marketing-Hub. Zoho Goals : "unknown" identified visitors
Hello. I identify website visitors coming from Active Campaign by adding the SalesIQ URL parameter in the emails links. It then creates a new lead in Zoho CRM. - in Zoho SalesIQ / CRM : I can see the identified visitors, and also their page visits in the CRM module - in Zoho MH : When an identified visitor hits a goal, the goal is registered, but the visitor is reported as "unknown" (although the visitor appears as identified in the Zoho MH leads list witch is in sync with Zoho CRM) Can you help
