Profile Picture not showing in iOS
I have a profile picture setup on my CRM account, and it displays in the web version. However, in the iOS version, it shows as the generic "head" icon (those users without a profile picture show up as their initials). The picture I uploaded was 450x450px. Is this something I've done incorrectly, or is it a known limitation? {Previously posted in CRM Forum}Android App Crashing After Logging In

I have created a custom view with Potential Name, Account Name and a custom field. When I open this view in mobile web or even in mobile app, I don't see these field in the view. I still see Potential Name, Stage, Amount and Closure date. Am I doing something wrong or this isn't supported ? I have a user who is an admin. She is not able to see all task that we created in the Task section on the Adroid App. That task section only show her 2-3 task. I'm using the "Zoho Sheet" app on my iphone 6 (iOS 10.0.2) in parallel to the browser on the PC. Up to Tuesday or Monday it was working fine, I was able add data to the sheets when I was on the road. But since Tuesday (2016/10/11) the application hangs when I try to display a sheet, on the upper screen the rotating circle is visible with text "Verarbeitung ..." (German for "processing"). I just signed up for Zoho and imported a spreadsheet. It works fine on the computer. I downloaded the app on Android, logged in and I can see the doc. When I try to open it I get the following: "Error in loading" That's it. No other details. I copied the doc and the copy does the same thing. Still opens on the computer, but not on my phone. Hi Zoho Team, I have been running the Zoho mail app on iOS8 with an iphone 6, and after disabling push notifications once I have not been able to successfully re-enable them. I have tried: - signing out, then back in on the app itself - removing, then re-installing the app - ending all sessions in the settings section on the desktop UI - deleting all the API tokens in the settings section on the desktop UI Upon re-installing I should be prompted by iOS to allow push notifications (which I am not).Zoho CRM for iOS app: Where did my message button go?

Our sales reps using the Zoho CRM app on Android phones are experiencing that the app crashes whenever they go to create a new event and tap on the "from" date field. Is anyone else having this issue? We've found that if you save an event then go back in and edit the "from" date field you can do so without experiencing a crash but that's not an ideal long term fix. When I try to share a Moment or multiple photos from the Photos app to Zoho Mail, it only attaches one photo. Ever since Gmail came out, the action of archiving e-mails (instead of deleting them) has become my most common action on a message after I've read or responded to it. In the latest and previous versions of the Zoho Mail mobile app (I use iOS), the Archive option is not easily accessible from a message. Instead, you get the option to Delete, Move, Flag, Label, (now under the More menu) Mark as Spam, Make Offline, Print, and Mark as Unread. Why not let us Archive directly from the message? Is there no iPhone iOS push notifications? Testing out project management software for our company and I know that would be a deal breaker if it is missing. When I installed the app it asked for permissions to send notifications but I don't receive any when I create a task or do any activity. Is it because I am the user creating them? When I added an event I did receive an email but that was all, and through Google Calendar I believe. Do I have the settings wrong or is this not a feature?Android Syncing
I am saving contacts on my android phone as a Microsoft Exchange Active... But they do not show up in zoho web. In fact no contacts seem to be syncing either direction. Mail is syncing but not contacts or calendars. Is this a known issue? Regards, -daveServer error on mobile app
After changing display name on the website, I did as suggested by another thread to clear application data for mobile app in order to have the updated name on email sent from app. After doing that however, I can no longer send mail on the mobile app, it always respond with server error. As the the title says, currently Zoho CRM on the mobile doesn't include a signature when writing an email. The Send Email function on the website-version of CRM does have this functionality, with the signature being pulled from what's defined in Personal Settings. I created a game for our team and today I'm noticing that activities, like adding notes, are not being counted in the game or towards badges when made from the mobile app. Works fine from desktop. I feel like that is critical as most sales activity updates, like notes, are from the road and I must have missed a step in setting this up. Hi, I have never used Zoho mobile app, I prefer to view the regular version. but now I am trying to find a way to meet a temporary need. I am participating in a course for 10 days and wish to minimise distractions.
