Backordering Items
We have integrated our website with Zoho Inventory. So basically stock and SKU information is flowing from Zoho Inventory to Zoho Commerce. So all items that does is not in stock in my warehouse shows as 'Out of Stock' on my website. However, I want to accept orders for SKUs that is currently not in my warehouse and backorder items from my suppliers once we get the inventory. Is this possible? In case I adjusted the stock position manually, will this affect my accounting on Zoho Inventory?
Emails from different users not showing up in Zoho CRM

Zoho App Won't Open from Taskbar
Hi, The Zoho windows app was working great. It would open when I started my computer. But it no longer opens at all. When I try to manually open it from the icon, it goes straight to the taskbar. If I hover over it, it will show a small preview. But i cannot open it to a full screen. Restarting the computer and deleting the app and downloading it again did not work. Please help! Thanks
Integration zoho forms with CRM - Problem Workflow rules
HI, I have some forms integrated with Zoho CRM. These forms create new registers, but also are relationed with zoho records, so I have integrated both NEW REGISTER and RELATED LIST. New register is integrated with Deals module. Related List is integrated with Contacts Module that is related with Deals. When I have a new record, I got two records in the CRM, one from the New register and another one from Related List. I need related list being activated because I want the records to be linked to the

When sending a request to the `/settings/modules` endpoint, I find a module called 'Actions_Performed', and that is apparently both viewable and API supported. But if I try to retrieve a list of records from the Actions_Performed module using the API, I get an OAUTH_SCOPE_MISMATCH error, despite the fact that I have the ZohoCRM.modules.all scope enabled. Cannot add record to multi-select lookup

ZOHO Campaign Sync is Not Working
Hi there, I need to sync contacts from only one rep. So, I chose to set Contact Owner is a criteria. There is no drop down menu matching the names of the reps, so I typed in the name, it did not work. I then chose Contact Owner Contains and added First Name of the rep. Did not work. How can I add Contacts from only 1 rep? Thank you!
Integrating Tasks of Desk with Tasks of Projects
Hi, We have been using Zoho projects for Projects. Each customer are considered as a Project. Recently we have started using Zoho desk. The problem is whenever we assign a task to our engineer from desk, we need to fill the same on Zoho Projects as our Project Management team and our Engineers work hours can be only managed on Zoho Projects. Hi all, I have noticed that the sales duration never changes and is always 0, even after closing the deal. My pipeline starts with Needs Analysis and ends with the Closed options. I should mention that most deals are created in the deals module and not via a lead conversion. Harry

We want to add a 'support bar' in our software where people have the search field to search for known articles. When entering certain tags the right document should become available directly. Just like the search requests in the ZOHO Desk environment direcly. Can you point us to the right API information? We also want to be able to directly add a support ticket from our application.
Importing contacts to a new list on Campaigns, that may have already unsubscribed from a previous list
I have just imported some client contacts onto a new list on Zoho Campaigns. As we are a large company and follow stringent GDPR regulations, my concern is that the newly added contacts may have already unsubscribed from a previous list in Zoho Campaigns, therefore will not want to receive any communications. Can you confirm if contacts have already unsubscribed from a campaign list, they will automatically be removed or will not be imported on to other lists? Has anyone else had this issue?

Showtime Recordings not available
Hello, We are running Zoho Showtime Trial version. The recordings of the meetings are processing for a long time. its been more than 12 hours now, but still it is been shown as under processing. We are planning to upgrade to a plan if the recordings are proper. PFA the screenshot. W e are not able to view the recordings in the library as well. Is this something to do with Trial version? Is it possible to invite such external partners to work IN my CRM on certain contacts? I took a look at portals but that doesnt seem to be what I am looking for.
