We've been testing sending emails from between CRM & Campaigns, following all their relevant instructions. CRM is far superior in automaton, delivery and engagement for our business. Both can be improved. Any hot tips outside of the manuals to help?

Hello, Would this be able to be made in Zoho Creator? A Sales tool where the everything is pre-defined for the sales person. The open up the app, select which products they want to add and based on certain criteria like if 3 phones are selected then automatically add a 3 phone card. At the end work out out a price based on pre-defined prices etc..? Then when the everything has been selected this gets pulled through into a document and automatically creates a quote with this information. Just want
Looking for a simple free/busy calendar to email to my clients
Hi, I subscribe to Zoho One so have access to lots of wonderful apps but I'm struggling to find a simple public free/busy calendar. I book days not small slots and I'm fed up with having to type out lots of available dates all the time so it would be nice to have a link to let my clients know when I'm free or busy.... nothing else. I don't need booking systems & I don't need my clients to know where I am or what I'm doing.... just if I'm free. I've looked at Zoho Calendar and Zoho CRM but neither
Opens by Location Chart not Supported - Map View
I have an active campaign. Click on Recent Campaigns, View Reports. Haven't changed any of the modules. Scroll down to "Opens by Location" module. Location Map the pin (map view is selected. Screen is blank with message of "loading chart. Please wait." Then message of Chart type not supported. (you can see to the left "FusionCharts").
Open Activities- CALL
Hello, My company has multiple instances do to different operations. We are seeing different views for "Calls" and i can not edit the field layout to mimic the preferred view. Image 1 is the one we want, image two is the other view showing that we would rather not work from because you have to actually call before saving. Any know how to fix this?
Zoho not able to send outgoing gmail from Zoho Desktop
I am unable to send outgoing emails from my linked gmail account from the desktop application. The outgoing works fine on the zoho app but not on the desktop. I am attaching a screenshot showing the "Bad Credentials" message. I have reset my password, reset the port settings and still am unable to get emails to go out from Zoho. Please advise. Dan
Mentioning users in Zoho Products
Namaskaram, Zoho Cliq allows to mention a user once per message. But Zoho Projects allows multiple times in one comment. In this, which one is right. If a user can be mentioned many time, then why that is not possible in Zoho Cliq. Can I have an open meeting that we use throughout the week?
With my whole team working from home, I want them all to join a meeting for the day so I can make sure they are actually working. Yes, this is advanced babysitting, and I wish I didn't need to do this. It appears as if I can only schedule a 3-hour meeting. I had been using a Google Hangout meeting that was open for basically ever in the same calendar invite. Can I do the same with Zoho Meetings?
Site does not render the same on different browsers
I developed my site using the new UI and the Chrome browser. When I viewed my new site in Firefox and Edge, the text did not display properly. For example, I have a paragraph element that contains multiple paragraphs. It displays properly in Chrome. In Firefox and Edge, some of the text displays properly, but some the type size is changed? Any ideas as to whether this can be fixed?

Before you migrate from Gmail to Zoho Mail read this.
We recently migrated from Gmail to Zoho Mail and found email intermittently stopped syncing with CRM. This is the response from Premium Support; "if you want the email to be shown in record then you will have to unarchive the particular email" "either you can unarchive and see it in record and if you want all the archived emails also to be seen, then we would suggest gmail". Surely Zoho could provide a better answer than that. Any one have ideas?
Been waiting 21 days now for help....WOW
Here's yet another Zoho Creator issue that we've been waiting for 21 days now for a fix. Long story short, Twillio and Clockwork SMS texts integrations are not working and we can't send texts from our Creator App. Very simple support request. It's 21 days now and they refuse to tell us anything at all other than they are working on it and excuse the delay. Should I find another solution? I have not done so yet because I'm of course waiting to here back from you. 21 days? I'll gladly pay you more

Client document collection
Hi there We currently use a system called Clustdoc.com to collect our client documents (proof of address, passports, pay slips, etc.). The clust system is ok but could be a lot better. It doesn't sync with Zoho (even though it does work with Zapier - so maybe Zoho flow could add support for it please?). However, we would like to eventually find a way to replace Clustdoc.com with an app native to Zoho One so it will integrate better with our other Zoho apps. Please let me know the best way to achieve

Is it possible to send an email through CRM's Blueprint transition with an attached Zoho Books Estimate? I don't know much about Webhooks or other such connections between Zoho apps but guessing such possibility could be there. Why are the vast majority of Marketplace apps/addons not available in EU, including those Zoho release? Hi, I am running 4 contacts syncs, each run differs bout 15 mins. I realize that sometimes one or two of the automation do not sync from my zoho crm to zoho campaign. and yesterday all 4 syncs were not able to the new contacts in the listings at all.. help please

OK, this virus stuff is really hurting my industry and I want to help. Everyone is setting up facebook groups, databases, spreadsheets to track who is out of work, what skills they have, where they are located etc. It's all well meaning but not efficient. Do ZohoSign custom modules count against the maximum I am permitted to have?
I have a five-user license for One. I believe this gets me up to 10 custom modules. In the "Modules" section of One Setup, there are three modules labeled as "Custom" but which are associated with the integration of ZohoSign. Do those three modules count against the 10 available to me with my One subscription?

Remove the create option from portal settings
Hi, I just created my first portal for the CRM contacts module. The idea is to give customers access to certain fields so they can change it themselves. However, in testing it seems they are also able to create new contacts, which is not what we want. If I change the permissions in the configure portal options, i can deselect edit & create, but if i try to select just the edit option, the create option immediate switches on too. What am i doing wrong here?

Is it possible to map custom fields from the CRM to Projects? When a Deal is won I would like to create a Project based on the Deal. I would like information from the Deal to be populated in the associated Project. If the data cannot be mapped is it possible to create Lookup fields in Projects with the CRM data? Simple Custom Function won't Save/Work
Trying to create a simple Custom Function.
