How do we manage Important Milestones (or Events) across all the Projects (or visible in every collaborator calendar)
There should be one calendar visible by all collaborators. If one team member wants to add a milestone that should be known by all the team members, (for instance to make sure that they don't plan important delivery the same day). How does that member proceed ?
Export... then Import of list of bugs
It is possible to export a list of Bugs/Tickets. That is great ! Now, what can I do with that export, and more especially, how do I import that list back into ZoHo, for instance to move a list of tickets from one project to another project.
Task Notes

Putting tasks into milestones
I have just started using Zoho Projects and have created a number of task lists. I realise now that I should have created the milestones first, then the task lists within them. Is there any way I can relate the tasks to milestones I am just creating or do I have to type all the tasks in again?
Require Dependency Column in Task window
Currently we can set and view dependency in dependency view window which is very painful excise to me. First enter all task in Task window and then go to dependency window and find out your task and set dependency. If you look MS-Project you can set all thing from same window. Option to disable notify when forum post is edited

It gives General Error 6500. I accidentally tried changing the URL to https://projects.zoho.com/api/private/xml/dashbs/getlogin And it seems to work and returns the correct result. Weekly Status Reports and Risk/Issue Logs.
Badly miss a lot of reporting in Projects such as being able to capture GANTT chart to paste into documents etc. But the one big win for me would be the ability to automatically build, generate and automatically email a weekly status report in, say, PDF format. MM/dd/yyyy vs. MM-dd-yyyy
I noticed that getProjectTasks(new-format) returns dates in MM/dd/yyyy format and getTaskById(new-format) returns dates as MM-dd-yyyy. quite inconvenient when parsing the xml.
What is the meaning of the "status" parameter in getProjectTasks?
I tried both status=completed and status=uncompleted and the result is not what I expect: Both results contain iscompleted=true and iscompleted=false tasks. Can you explain better this and other parameters of the getProjectTasks (new-format) method?
Since today's upgrade, can't edit a task?
Normally, to edit a Task, I could either click Edit Task, or click on the task and choose the Edit link. Since today's upgrade, neither feature seems to work. Unless the World changed today and people no longer make mistakes or typos, I think you need the Edit feature back in the program ASAP. And if the UI changed and it's just simply more difficult to locate the Edit function, please know that a Zoho Projects user for 2 years, who uses Zoho Projects for 1-2 hours EVERY day, can't find how to edit

Project Reports - Gant Chart view
Dear Zoho Projects I have just invested in the new ZOHO projects reports section on the Enterprise version I did this to allow me to see all of my projects on 1 gant chart which would allow me to manage all of the projects from a high level However the Gant chart report requests a USER and therethore I can only see one individual's tasks over all projects Why has this been limited in this way? Hi I am subscribed to Zoho Projects and have many ongoing projects. If I also subscribed to Books, can it be linked to a certain project ? IE; if I go that project, is there a direct link to the Books? or is it a totally different portal? If I can link directly to the project (perhaps appear on my dashboard or menu bar) , does Zoho Books allow me to subscribe once and use in different individual projects? or I have to subscribe every time I want to link to a project? Disable CC on email notifications (Tasks, notes, forums, etc)
Hi guys! Is there any way to disable the poster of an item (be it a new task, task note, forum post, etc) being CC'ed on every email that is sent out? I just started using zoho projects. Love the bug feature -- however, I just created a full load of them in the wrong project/workspace. Is there anyway to quickly move / copy to another workspace?
Client permissions
I need to invite my clients to view the progress of projects, see the taks and Gannt View of the project schedules, etc, as well as to access the Wiki function. This does not seem to be possible with ZOHO Projects. Client Users have too limited function. Can you please advise how it is possible for client users see such imprtant info? Regards Stel
Corporate email blocking incoming ZOHO e-mail Notification
ZOHO project has e-mail notification when entries or changes are made. The ONLY e-mails that are successfully received are the ones sent to third party addresses like hotmail or Yahoo. Our corporate IT dept suggests that the problem lies with ZOHO sending the e-mails with OUR domain name as a source as opposed to Zoho.com. Our firewall is interpreting these e-mails as a "spoof" attempt. Is there a way to configure the notifications to show that they are coming from ZOHO instead of from our intranet?

Task Dependancies in Project Templates
There are some things in zoho project that really bother me. One is not being able to make task dependencies. This MUST be fixed or their has to be a solution to this. If i have a project that has 200 tasks and they have dependencies what is my solution? Am I to rewrite this same project every time?? I'd like this in my project template. Please fix this!!! Additionally, we should be able to upload a mpp as a project template. -chris

Syncing with Google tasks
The "export to Google tasks" link isn't appearing at all in the My Tasks screen (I've checked for it where Help says it should be - on the right, below the filtering options - and hunted for it elsewhere on the screen). I've gone into "Manage This Domain" and confirmed data access is granted. What else can I try?

Tip 1 : Use Task Templates & Save Time
Use the Task List Template feature to add task lists and reuse them in different projects. Click the "Settings" link on top right corner, Under Templates tab start adding "Task List Templates" and Save Time by reusing it instead of duplicating it every time. Vijay
Not able to change/specify predecessor...
We checked the dates are not conflicting. Still we are unable to specify the predecessor of the task. We enter the value in the field, the value does appear but it does not get saved. When we click on another task, the value gets disappeared. Please advise.
Need a project timeline auto-generate feature
A really useful feature would be to allow users to create a "template" project timeline for projects that have similar tasks, milestones, and schedules. All the user would have to do is assign a date to the "master" or "key" milestone in the project. Once that is done, all other milestones, task lists, and tasks should be automatically generated and assigned to a date based on how long before or after the "master milestone" the milestone or task needs to occur. brockrwood
