[Projects 2.0] :Tasks (open & closed) not shown
Hi, I'm evaluating Zoho projects and so far I like it a lot. However, I have found 1 problem/bug: No tasks (open & closed) are shown in calendar and in Reports. Calendar: 'All' users are selected and 'All Tasks' . All boxes are empty. Milestones are shown, if selected Reports: 'Open tasks' and 'Closed tasks' show 'No Completed Todo Tasks'. Again milestones are being shown. Interestingly, the log hours associated with the tasks are visible in the timesheet view. The result is the same for Firefox

Scheduling daily meetings includes Sat and Sunday. There is no way to just schedule for the work week. Also, I should be able to delete one instance of a meeting from the series. Please try to resolve this caledar scheduling irritant. Rinaldo

Meeting notes link from dashboard doesn't work
Hi, If you add notes to a meeting, you get a nice logging on the dashboard. But if you're looking at the dashboard to see what happened, the link to the meeting note doesn't function. This is annoying, because it's sometimes difficult to find the right meeting where the note was posted. regards, Federico

In Zoho Blogs today it is announced some interesting changes en Tasks and Milestones, but I can not see it yet. What is happening? How long should I wait to see the changes implemented? dagconsultores

From the "Available Project Users" information: "Manager : A Manager has all privileges at the project level like add new projects, folders, add/remove users and schedule meetings." Surely you mean add new tasks and not projects, or it would be Administrator role. Please let me know and correct if appropriate. Nick
Question re Features in Upgrade from Free to Standard
In the free edition of Projects one wiki is included. If we upgrade to standard, do we retain that one wiki? We will only have one project. The pricing page is not clear; it say that for an additional $6/month 6 wikis are included. We would like to upgrade to get the file-sharing feature; we don't need more than 1 wiki and would like retain it without paying for additional wikis.
Time Stamp on Projects Forum Messages
It looks like forum messages are time-stamped with the time in GMT zone. Is there a way to change the time zone of the display, preferably with an indication of which time zone is being used (e.g., 09:00 PST for Pacific Time in the US)?

Hi Prasana, Some of my users are having a panic attack over a recent visual adjustment to the the Project Manager GUI ... specifically, the 'Overdue Milestones' section now shows BEFORE the 'My Tasks' section upon logging in. This is problematic as my users prefer to check off tasks and not deal with milestones. Changing someone from Client to Employee status
I have removed a contact as a client in a Project (I have checked and he no longer appears on my screen) and am trying to add him back as an employee in order to allow him a different view of the project. Unfortunately when I try to add him as an employee the system says he already exists as a client and won't let me proceed. I have managed this process once with another contact and it worked the difference being that I did allow a notification to be sent. Can anybody tell me what I might be doing

Scheduling a meeting should allow entering the agenda, special instructions, required reading, etc. An additional text box where we could enter the body of the meeting request would do the job. Of course, if ZOHO would like to go even further, a real and more formal meeting management tool would be great... But for now, just a multiline free text box would be great. - Edouard

Zoho Projects Clearing Screen
I have just set a new project for the first time and in the middle of setting up a task my contents went blank. When I log back in if I click on anything it either disapears as an Icon or the whole screen disapears again. I am testing Zoho out to see if I want to use it in the future and this is a very worrying situation which suggests I cannot trust the service.

I know you've had complaints that the start and end times should be based on hours and minutes rather than days, and that you've responded positively to that. I can imagine this may take you a while to fix. I'm requesting a simpler change: Currently a task that is dependent on another must have a start date *later* than the task it is dependent upon. I want a dependent task to be able to start on the *same* date as the end date of the task it is dependent upon. A lot of our tasks take a lot less

I jsut created a bunch of sites and sub sites in a Wiki and unfortunately aI now cannot see them on teh Wiki welcome site in my navigation. There I still only see "Homeoage" but none of the sub-pages I created. It seems they do not have a reference to the top page because in the sitemap I can only see them but not the Home page.... Hi, Your calendar starts with sunday as the first weekday. In Denmark we start with monday as the first weekday. Would it be possible to make a setting that could change this? Is it possible to change the calendar lookup in to date, so it automatically selects the from date? If from date is not present, it selects today? The week numbers do not match the actual calendar. Reccuring Tasks, Task Lists, or Milestones?
Hello, Is there a way to allow a task, task list or milestone in zoho projects to recur every month, week, or day? That way I can define a list of tasks for specific days and not have to recreate the list over and over or manually reinsert a template. For example, if I want to work on a set of tasks for a certain project every tuesday, I can define my tasks and when I log into my "Work Calendar" it will appear every tuesday as if it is a new set of tasks for the day? Thanks!
Task order
The tasks on my homepage and within individual contacts always list out of order. I know I can click the Due Date header to arrange them, but it would be helpful to just have them automatically appear by due date. Whenever I leave the page and return, they are out of order again. Is there any way to always have tasks sorted by Due Date?
Where is my archived project?
Hi there, I have just archived a project in Zoho Projects, and amn't sure where it has gone? The help section says it will appear on the left hand side of the dashboard (it hasn't) but i think that probably refers to before you updated the interface. It's probably really obvious, and I'll be very embarrassed when you tell me! Thanks!

Yes, Projects in the projects panel can be re-arranged. Zoho Projects offers two methods, namely Drag & Drop, Sort Alphabetically in which Projects can be re-arranged. To re-arrange the projects, 1. Click on "reorder projects" icon. 2. Drag and Drop the projects as per the requirement and click "Save Project Order" button. 3.
