Hello, when I set a meeting reminder for an upcoming meeting (1 hour before the meeting), after the notification email goes out, the meeting automatically changes to 1 hour prior to when I set it. I set a meeting for 2:00, with a 1-hour notification. At 1:00, I get my notification email, saying I have an meeting at 1:00, not 2:00, and when I go back to the meeting in Zoho, it says that the meeting is scheduled for 1:00, not 2:00! This has happened to me twice in the last week, so I know it wasn't
How to reset the clock to my local time for timesheet track
I am recording time via the clock in the tasklist and it is recording it based on a incorrect time (for me EST). It may be obvious so forgive me for a lame question but How to I get it to record based on my local time zone? Thanks

Form field to manipulate another field?
I�m trying to create a maintenance request program for a property management company. I have 5 buildings with 30 tenants in each building. How can I make a form with a dropdown list of the building names. and when you choose the specific building it would bring up the correct tenants in the building in the next dropdown field? (I need the dropdown list because I want the tenant to view only the maintenance tickets that they requested - via the view filters.)
starting a new project
I am signed in, but when asked to create a new portal for a project, I put in an acceptable name, but nothing happens. The create a new portal screen doesnt take me anywhere, and I can't find the newly named portal.

Zoho writer
If you try to create a new document in Zoho writer, the document is not created. If you edit an existing document in Zoho writer, the changes are not saved. If you upload a new version of a document, the document appears last on the list. I tried this as an admin user.
Import into new document
Hi, I notice that when you open a new document in project it interface with Zoho writer to use its word processing tools. I need an import document function here as you have in the Writer. It seems more logical to convert your word file into a zoho writer document so you can benefit from the functionality of writer (i.e. version control) than upload a word file that might need to be amended by numerous people on the project. Saving document
Hello! I have been trying to write a .doc under my project. When i've finished writing it i pressed save button. A red process bar appeared in the right top corner and displayed the save was successful. But each time i checked document menu it was nowehere. I used to do it exactly the same way and it worked. Adding documents as ftp hyperlinks
I'd like to do this for some confidential material rather than upload directly to the site. It looks like I can do this throught the 'Links' section of the Documents tab, but that section looks very basic. Could I request that you guys look into improving that aspect - maybe some kind of Gopher-type file structure? I think that would be a significant improvement for future users as well as myself. Dear Zoho Projects Team, I created a company on Zoho projects with my personal eMail address to test the application (among others) before choosing one for my company. Currently I am Zoho Projects' Administrator for my company using my personal eMail address and I have also a Manager account with my business eMail address. ZOHO Creator error
Dear, I used ZOHO creator to develope a database application, I used your tools to build the user interface very easly, but when adding logic to it using script builder I always get "Error On Page" in the status bar. The java script portions of ZOHO Projects have stopped working. Nothing happens when buttons or links are pressed. The site does work in my IE tab within firefox. I have not made any changes to my firefox settings. jacknsundrop

Appointing tasks
We have several tasks that need to be completed by all our (12) users. Now we need to copy that task and assign it to each member individually. How about an option that the task owner is "all users". So you can choose "any user" for a task that anyone can do. You choose a team member for an individual task and you choose "all users" for a task that everyone has to do. It would autom. copy the tasks and add it for all users. That would be great! tim_vink

I have been using this project manager from zoho now for some time. Date format not matching configured setting
Dates are not in the proper format for us. We need mm/dd/yyyy and the system keeps showing dd/mm/yyyy. I tried changing settings but it has not effect. It effects dates shown on pages in the system and data exported.

I've tried out a lot of project management programs, and so far Zoho seems to be the best (mostly due to the hierarchal tasks setup...it mirrors the way I've always approached project organization). Project thinks it's yesterday
I have project in the system with a due date of yesterday. When I look at the dashboard, it shows it's delayed. When I click on the project, overdue milestones is showing up in red, but nothing ever loads. If I click on the Upcoming milestones, the items are in there, with a due date of "today" which was actually yesterday's date - basically what I'm saying is today is Dec. 20, and Projects thinks it's the 19th. Is this a known bug or is it a problem on my end? willoneal

I wanted to say that I have been looking for a Project Management System for over two months and had yet to find one with a clean graphic interface and the flexibility to operate to our needs. Great work and keep it up. That aside, I have a few questions: 1) Can you give a user some sort of privledges/status that only lets them VIEW the project and not make any changes to it? 2) Is ther someplace where a manager can see ALL the documents that have been uploaded to the company across all projects?
Password resets do not work in Zoho Projects
I have a user who says that when she tries to reset her password (she forgot her original password), she gets an error that says "User email does not exist," which is not true, it does exist; I can see it in my view. Any help? troynelson
Truncated names
Is there a way to have full titles and file names displayed? My project list has plenty of room for my project titles, but seems to have the need to drop off the last few letters and add "..." to them. My file names easily fit in the column reserved for them under documents, but they too are strangely truncated. What gives? john_mcgill
Project List Enhancement request
It would be nice to have sub-menus on the projects list on the left that I could expand to show Dashboard, Tasks & Milestones, Calendar etc. under the project name, so as to eliminate the step of first clicking on the project and getting the project dashboard, then having to click on the tasks & Milestone tab. acharvet@cox.net
