Logged time for a user gone
Yesterday the time logged was there (on the timesheet), today it's gone. Timesheet is completely blank. *frustrated sigh* I *knew* I was jinxing Zoho by upgrading my account and paying for it! Software always works until it's paid for....Murphy's law of software. I would expect this issue is related to the one I reported yesterday (Aug 11), that the timer-clock icon is missing from the tasks, and it has always been there before. View others tasks bug
If I chose View Others Tasks->Bob The list is now spread over 2 pages. On first pages I see 3 empty task lists. I click Navigate 2. On second page I see tasks for everyone. The speed you can view and add tasks is what I like most about zoho, please don't break it :) james
PDA version
I sent this already, but from my PDA. I would love a PDA version of this that can be used on mobile platforms. Also, "Basecamp" has a widget tat some students made for their site, it works well...it's would be great to have one for ZoHo too. Zoho Projects : Closer integration with Writer/Sheet/Show
Under Documents tab .doc / .xls / .ppt files uploaded can be viewed using Zoho Writer, Zoho Sheet and Zoho Show respectively. Once the .doc / .xls file is opened in Writer/Sheet & edited, upon saving the changes will be saved back as next version in Zoho Projects. In My Home, a user can see the tasks, milestones and meetings across the projects in a list view format. In addition to that now the user can see them in "Work Calendar". In My Home, there is one more calendar , "My Log Calendar" wherein
Dependency relationships among tasks
I don't see how one can establish a tasks dependency upon another task and have it visible in the gantt chart as is typical in project mgmt software jrogers
Milestones still out of order
I'm still having an issue with milestones being listed out of order. I tried to post to the other "milestones out of order" thread but either bug reports are moderated or something's wrong with forum. I've tried reordering all tasks listed under each milestone, that doesn't change anything. I still have milestones listed by ending dates, top down: Aug 25 Sep 1 Aug 22 Aug 18 Aug 16 Aug 15 Aug 14 Aug 12 Aug 9 Aug 7 Aug 3 All ending dates, And all except for the first one, in reverse order.
Task Colors (and dates) - What's The Key?
Hi guys, I can't figure out the color key to the tasks in a list under an "upcoming milestone". Today is August 11. I have a Milestone with an End Date of August 14, it says (3 days to go) I have a High Priority Task with a Start Date of today- Aug 11 and a Duration of 4 days. Its Due Date is showing as Aug 14. Milestone order

Zoho Projects is great
And very close to what I've been looking for. With just a few changes it could be a really awesome application. If we could customize it, such as edit/change the name of the categories (forums, documents, etc) , and offer the ability to edit the CSS to have the Zoho project match the company website, this would be a program I'd pay money to use. Several frustrations
Hi In general we like Zoho, but some things are really making our live frustrating. 1) Completed milestones and tasks disappear!! - The Completed Milestones tab simply is empty! 2) It is not possible to get complete/total timesheet for one employee for ALL projects at once - so basically Zoho is not a tool we can use to keep track of time without a lot of additional administration :-( We would like to have a timesheet that shows all hours of a specific employee - even if this employee works on more

Ok as i write it is 12:50 pm on my computer clock which is correct for where I am (London, UK) My company settings is gmt london I have a meeting schedule at 8pm tonight But in 'Meetings and conferences' it says meeting in about 1 hour and 10 minutes instead of 7 hours and 10 minutes Any help please?

User login status incorrect
When I click on the project name to get the list of tabs (Dashboard, Tasks & Milestones, etc), the status of my user account (lower left Users section) changes to Not Logged in Yet, even though I am logged in, as confirmed by the "Welcome, alec.fredericks" in the upper right corner. This is just a visual problem, it seems. I don't get any permissions errors or requests to log in again, so it's not a show-stopper, for sure. Day and Week views in the Calendar
One of Zoho Project's big selling points to our firm (over Basecamp) is it's integrated calendar view. It'd be very helpful if that view could be switched between day, week and month modes. Also, in viewing a work week / month, if it spans more than one calendar month, it shouldn't cut off. For example, right now, when I look at my July calendar, it stops on Tuesday, 7/31. It'd be best if Wed-Fri were also shown. I know you are working on iCal feed support, and that's very important to us too!! Thanks!

Dynamic recording of timesheet data?
I wonder if it would provide more functionality of this impressive tool also allowed realtime recording of the timesheet data? Id love to be able to allocate my time right now to a task, and change it as I moved between tasks/activities and projects.... A little countup timer would automatically display, until you checked out of the task, when it would stop the timer and add your eleapsed time in. Date is wrong?
Can anyone help me figure this out? My days are wrong in Zoho Projects. For example, today is Thursday, July 26, but my calendar says it's Friday and all my projects for tomorrow say "Due Today." Any clue why this is or how to fix it? Thanks!

Bug at the time of project deletion
Hi, I think I found a bug in the application. Just select the project, and then click on delete icon. The project gets deleted but at the same time, it also adds a new blank project with the name "New Project". I don't know if it is with my account only or with everyone. Regards, Deep deep

I[ve just signed for a Standard Zoho Projects, that seems to have more functionalities than Grouphub (Campfire), which I use since almost two years ago. I´mm evaluating if it would be better to change to Zoho. Projects and Reports
Are their any plans for Projects Reports section to provide users a choice of how and what data is presented? There appears no way of obtaining either a bar graph/frequency measure summary of tasks that are not milestones. For example, if you create a template of repeated tasks, the actions will show up on the timesheet. But they do not show up on the Report section. I think that ZProjects already has a template creation function added. Is this correct?
