Having problems upgrading my plan
I can't seem to get your payment system to accept my credit card and update my plan. I have tried in both Firefox and IE several times. It just seems to "load" forever. Task Notes not available after completion of task?
Hi! It appears to me that after marking a task finished the "notes" aren't available anymore for display. If you return the task into "incomplete" state - the note is available again.!!!! Regards, snyfer
no email notifications on task edit or completion
Some that is very inconvenient about tasks - email notifications aren't utilized in the best way (in my opinion). If my client sets up a task for me, I get an email notification when it is created. If I add notes to it (in response), or edit the task's completion status (50% for example), the creator of the task has no idea. No email notification is sent back to them. This seems like a major oversight. Is there any chance this is just a bug? steve6
Meeting Calendar Feature Bug
When I try to enter a meeting in the PM, the date advances on the calendar. I have to enter the one day before on the scheduler to get it to show up at the right time. dameeguel

Hi! I don't know what other users are thinking about, but if we store all our project data on zohoproject we do definitly need more space available. As we deal with digital images we come very fast near the 1GB per project ... Is it thought now or in near future to develop a version of Zoho project which can run on our local servers - or will be the hosted form the only available option nearby ? Regards, snyfer

Conflicting schedules across more than 1 project
How does zoho handle conflicting schedules across more than 1 project. In other words if i run multiple projects with the same peolpe will it promt that those people are double booked. adam
My Home - Show filter error
When I select "Show Next 7 Days", all of my recurring events show all scheduled occurrences including those beyond 7 days. When I select today, it only shows the events scheduled for today but still all occurrences of them. So, it appears that there is a filtering error and the desired functionality is that it should not show all occurrences outside of the filtered date range...this would be a very nice feature if implemented correctly. Safari (Mac) page never finishes loading?
A coworker who uses a Mac says that ZoHo's pages never finish loading. They completely display, but the Safari throbber continues to spin and spin. Anyone else report this, and if so, how does one get it to finish? I've already had him update to the latest Safari. It causes problems in that some of the rollover stuff doesn't work.

Hi, First of all, I am using zohoprojects for about 2 months and have upgraded from zohoplanner. I think both projects and planner are great and very easy to use. I manage about 10 - 20 projects each month and would not be able to do it without zohoprojects. I manage a small team of web developers and designers. I put tasks into zohoprojects for them and they also put tasks in for themselves as things pop up during the day. For instance, if someone phones with an issue, we will put all the details

Hi Guys, great job on Zoho Projects we are having difficulties with 1- North America time it seems that when we create meetings ... The posted on time is not correct there is a 12 hour difference so noon appears as midnight 2- For milestones it is not possible to create a milestone that only lasts 1 day when putting date as Feb 23 to Feb 23 we get an error message saying that the start date is later then end date. 3- Some of us have experienced difficulties with the "page loading" prompt it seems

User Privileges
Seems to me that a User with capabilities between the Admin and Manager are essential for Project Management. Having one person (Admin) being the sole creator of all projects will become unmanageable in a short amount of time. Having multiple accounts just because that is the only way to have multiple Users creating Projects is not good either. Having multiple accounts defeats the purpose and benefit of having Projects in one location. In our case, we would need 5 or 6 different accounts. Not cool.

I am currently playing around with ZOHO projects and am intending to try out a small project using this. I noticed that in forums, it says posted by <the email id>. I would appreciate if it mentioned some name that the user has set, along with photograph... something similar to phpbb's forum. May be asking for too much! sreearun

Task List and Notes Upgrade- make 'em visible
Hi there, Adding Notes to Tasks is HUGE! and IT is the main reason we're using Zoho instead of your competitors. However, I think there could be an improvement. The project admin/manager needs to be able to default the notes to always be completely expanded and show. It is inconvenient to have to click every single "notes" link to see if there is a note or not. I need to enable "notes always visible" and then if an individual user wants to hide them, then he can.
