Milestones not completing
I am becoming quite frustrated now : I have set up various milestones in a project, both internal and external, and am progressing the tasks within the task lists associated with the milestones. I have one specific instance where I have a milestone which had a task list with a single task within that task list; that task was completed on time, the task list is effectively complete, but the milestone shows as overdue and I can find no way of forcing completion of the milestone I have since done someCalendar View Problem
Hi, I'm having a problem with the Projects Calendar View (for all users, for all tasks, milestones, meetings). When I look at a specific user, it works fine. See attachment for screenshot of problem. Hi, I'm in the process of evaluating several web-based project management tools and Zoho is so far my favorite. The site is zippy, feature-rich, and the general interface is very usable. You may see some of my other posts with questions about comments about a couple of little tweaks to make Zoho Projects that much better. If you try to create a new document in Zoho writer, the document is not created. If you edit an existing document in Zoho writer, the changes are not saved. If you upload a new version of a document, the document appears last on the list. I tried this as an admin user.Forum Post Notification does not work
Hi there, we are using the forum in our project a lot. Since a few weeks the notification to email does not work although the members of the project are listed below the post in the "Notify This Post To" window. This if course is very inconvenient we always have to browse through all the posts to see who has posted what. Can you please tell me if I can fix that in the settings or if this is a general bug. It seems there is a problem in uploading a new version of existing documents, it doesn't work !!! I am trying to upload the new version since Thursday with no luck; here are the possible scenarios: 1- Upload specific document, try to upload a newer version of the document, it works flawlessly. 2- Upload specific document, move the document to a different folder, try to upload a newer version, doesn�t work, and show no errors. 3- Upload specific document, another user try to upload a newer version,Writer in Zoho Projects does not work
When I edit a document in Zoho Projects, none of my changes are saved, and the document version number does not change. I am also unable to create new documents using writer in Zoho Projects. Sheet is working fine.Contractors cannot upload documents

Hi, I think I've found a bug for Zoho Project. Currently, if you set a start date for a task, you cannot remove it. I mean, you can change it to another start date, but... what if you would like not to have a start date at all for the task? from inside my project, when i click the RSS button i get promted with a httpasswd window to input my login information. Only with login I can access to my rss url. therefore, when i try to add that RSS to my iGoogle, google cannot login to that URL, and so the connection fail. I guess you should simply change the login type with a normal html form (so that it can be accessed within google) instead that with server httppassword. thanks!Invalid SSL Certificate
When we goto our page (https://ourcompany.projects.zoho.com) we get a certificate error because the host doesn't match the certificate. The SSL certificate appears to be a wildcard RapidSSL certificate for *.zoho.com which doesn't include 4th level domains I believe. You'd have to get another wildcard ssl certificate for *.projects.zoho.com I think, could definitely be wrong though.Broken inerface in spanish

Hi, First, congrats for the great job. Now, the bugs: - When the notes are to big I can't see they without opening the view, because when I scroll down the notes disappear. - When task are closed, notes can't be in open mode, so when it is to big to the screen, I can't read in anyway. - When you write an link or something that is "alltogether" the note lost the background, because the width is fixed, but the link is bigger than it. This morning my colleague in the UK was not able to log on to zoho projects. While on the phone with her, I was able to log on for her here in the US. 1. I uploaded a Word doc. 2. From the Documents tab I click on the "Open in Zoho Writer" icon 3. I made a small change to the document and clicked "SAVE" 4. Yesterday the time logged was there (on the timesheet), today it's gone. Timesheet is completely blank. *frustrated sigh* I *knew* I was jinxing Zoho by upgrading my account and paying for it! Software always works until it's paid for....Murphy's law of software. I would expect this issue is related to the one I reported yesterday (Aug 11), that the timer-clock icon is missing from the tasks, and it has always been there before. I'm still having an issue with milestones being listed out of order. I tried to post to the other "milestones out of order" thread but either bug reports are moderated or something's wrong with forum. I've tried reordering all tasks listed under each milestone, that doesn't change anything. I still have milestones listed by ending dates, top down: Aug 25 Sep 1 Aug 22 Aug 18 Aug 16 Aug 15 Aug 14 Aug 12 Aug 9 Aug 7 Aug 3 All ending dates, And all except for the first one, in reverse order.Milestone order
We need to know what your plans are with controlling the order of milestones. We need to at least have the ability to have them sorted by there completion date. When I click on the project name to get the list of tabs (Dashboard, Tasks & Milestones, etc), the status of my user account (lower left Users section) changes to Not Logged in Yet, even though I am logged in, as confirmed by the "Welcome, alec.fredericks" in the upper right corner. This is just a visual problem, it seems. I don't get any permissions errors or requests to log in again, so it's not a show-stopper, for sure. If I click the browser's Refresh button, the User login status reverts toDate is wrong?

Hi, I previously posted re a problem with notes on tasks being listed in no particular order (making it difficult to follow a thread). Now I see the same problem with the time and date stamped Forum comments that are being posted subsequent to Forum topic posts. We assign some of our task to teams and then the team will enter there time for any given day. The problem is time sheet entry will only let us enter in a maximum of 12.00 hours on any one entry. This is what we get if we try to enter more than 12.00 hours. (Please enter Valid Time Ex : 0.23 (or) 2.06 (or) 10.10). Hi Zoho Project Folks, I'm beta-testing Zoho Projects before I transfer my organization to it. Here are 2 issues related to the timesheet: 1) The total hours for a user's timesheet are not adding correctly for the given month. In my case, there are 2 days each with time logged at 1.5 hours, yet the total is 3.4 hours for the month. Hi I seem to have come across a bug that occurs when trying to move tasks between tasklists. In the drop down that shows the Task Lists that you can move the task to: If a task list does not have any open tasks but has closed tasks, it will not appear in the drop down list. A task list does appear when it has no tasks as long as there are no closed tasks. If there are no open tasks but closed tasks you have to untick one of the closed tasks or create a temporary task to get an open task to allowProject List Weirdness, After Upgrading to 20 Projects (pix)

Hi, I am finding that sometimes new notes added to a task are added at the top of the list of notes for that task and other times, a new note is added to the bottom of the list of notes for that task. How SHOULD it be working? New notes at top or new notes at bottom? Anyone else reporting this problem? A coworker who uses a Mac says that ZoHo's pages never finish loading. They completely display, but the Safari throbber continues to spin and spin. Anyone else report this, and if so, how does one get it to finish? I've already had him update to the latest Safari. Hi Guys, great job on Zoho Projects we are having difficulties with 1- North America time it seems that when we create meetings ... Hi - the timesheet has awesome potential, but I am not able to edit or delete entries from the calendar view. when I click on an entry, the window at the top opens and says "no log hours for...<date> " the timesheet entries show up in the list view just fine, but are not editable or deletable in that view.edit/delete/ move icons not appearing

When you create meetings and tasks everyone registered to any project can see them. There is no privacy at all in the calendars employees can see what meetings have the managers and what tasks are due to them, they see who is the owner of the task that is not correct. Also in the dashboard of each project you have the meetings and tasks listed of every project so whats the point of registering users per project if they can see everything in the dashboardNext Page
