Subtasks and Gantt charts
I watched the video showing easy editing and changing of subtasks and dragging of gantt chart task items to change project timeframe, but couldn't do this in my own project. Task list exports not working in 4.0 Interface
I have successfully exported task lists in the 3.0 interface. Task list exports do not work in 4.0 interface. This plus what others have reported make me agree that a March 15th date to force Projects 4.0 interface is not good thing to do. You have too many bugs to work out in 4.0.
ZOHO projects integration in CRM
Dear all, we have integrated Zoho Projects in Zoho CRM; it's nice to open the project related to a specific accounts directly from CRM, but this seems the only possible integration. It's clear for us that's a one-to-one link (one contact --> one project) but: 1) It' s possible to create a task using a CRM module and found this task in the connected project? 2) What about the expenses and resourses management in a projects. Tip 3 : Efficient way to log time in timesheet
Efficient way to log time in timesheet is to click on the 'green clock' icon shown on mouseover each task assigned to you. Once the 'green clock' icon is clicked todo clock ticks. For each task, clock is running is denoted by icon next to task checkbox. Once the user completes the task, todo clock can be stopped by clicking 'red clock' icon shown on mouseover each task. (Note : red clock will be displayed only if the todo clock for the task is running). To stop todo clock click 'red clock' icon.
Projects List Page Blank
Went to go use Projects when I access the portal page it starts with the "Get started by creating your first Project", but when I enter in a Project Name and Project Overview and then click Add Project it flashes a message above the Project Name very quickly. I ended up having to to a video screen capture to see what the message was to view it and it states that "You have already created 1 active project(s) as per your Free plan!". I can't seem to find the active project so I'm currently stuck.

Reopening a closed tasks
Hello, I have closed by mistake several tasks. I would like then to open them back. I have done this steps but it s not working. 1. Select your project from the Dashboard. 2. Select Tasks & Milestones 3. Click the item you want to reopen (hovering does nothing). This will open a pop-up window on that particular task. 4. Error importing iCal feed to Google Calendar
We have an issue in properly linking iCal feed from Zoho Project to Google Calendar. A few of us including myself had a feed till recently but now it is not working. When trying to set it up again, Google calendar shows an error message that it can't be imported. Many others had no luck from the beginning. Slowness
Is anyone else experiencing slowness in Project over the past 2 weeks (maybe longer)? Opening the site for the first time is taking a lot longer (30+ seconds). I am wondering if others are having issues or maybe just something with some of our projects or due to the activity we are doing. It seems to be opening the site for the first time from any link whether to a project, to the feed, to a specific ticket. Maybe an issue with slowness in the SSO from google apps?
Suggestions for Zoho Projects

Pasting from Word into Wiki editor
Pasting lay-outed texts from MS Word to the Page Editor (former wiki editor) messes up the lay-out. We miss a 'format erase' button to undo any conflicting formats.

Excel found unreadable content in 'Global_Timesheet_.......
So i just finished implementing zoho projects in my company and we are trying to utilize the timesheets and we are getting this error when we go to open the exported timesheet in excel. "Excel found unreadable content in 'Global_Timesheet..... Do you want to recover the contents of this workbook". We can then go ahead and click yes to continue and then excel states that it has renamed invalid time sheet name. Any ideas?

Hi, have there recently been changes in the api? My http request does not work anymore at the point were I insert new milestones. Need clarification on associating tasks with milestones
Before discovering milestone related tasks, I built out all tasks. If I enter milestones after creating tasks (under one tasklist), can I associate those tasks to a milestone? Must you associate a separate task list to each milestone? If you are going to use milestones, do you have to start there (create milestones first) to get tasks to associate to them? If you have to start with milestones to get tasks to associate to them, you should make documentation clearer; I can't find anything on this subject.
Setting Project Days and Report Colors
I have just started using Zoho Projects for the first time. I need to figure out two things before we can decide whether to continue using this product. 1. This particular project we are working on, would be developed only on certain days of the week, namely Mon, Tues and Friday.
