Problem with Weekly Timesheet view
If you notice in the attached screenshot showing the times reported by my team, times for September 24th are missing even though it says it is a weekly view showing last week (September 24, 2012 to September 30, 2012). So even though time sheet inputs for 5 days should be displayed, only 4 days are displayed! To display time submitted by my team for September 24th, I have to go to the "Last Month" view and manually add up times for those five days. Am I missing something? Any ideas?

Can i import task lists from a cvs/excel sheet?
I created over 200 steps for a large project in excel, and I'd live to use Zoho after I recently discovered it online. However, there is no way I'll re-type all of the tasks. Is there any method to bulk import them into my project? Thank you for your time, seems like a wonderful product! Jake
Define working hours for gantt chart and calendar
The current gantt chart (and calendar and so on) show a schedule of 24H. My employees work within the period of 9am to 7pm. This means that huge parts of my schedule are empty (and even unreadable, because an 8 hour job barely is visible on the gantt chart). I would like it if I could set the period of the day that are working hours for the gantt chart and the calendar.
Mobile drag-and-drop sorting
Will we be able, with some future release, to sort task lists and tasks using Safari/iPad touch screen? Currently, I am unable to use the iPad browser to manage the projects effectively because I can't sort task lists and tasks as they use drag-and-drop functionality. There appears to be code available to enable this. It will make mobile management of projects much more feasible. While the mobile app may be ideal for project team members, it does not have enough features for project management.

Mail notifications on task changes to task creator
(sorry for bad english) I understand, that mail notifications comes to task creator, but only after creating. I want to receive messages of all tasks changes, if tasks created by me, even if i am not task owner. Business practice: task owners are my subordinate, and i want to control them in real-time, at least know about any "movements" of my team. How do I achieve this?
Moving wiki pages
Managers can't move wiki pages, only the super admin can do this. This is a relatively basic functionality, and it would be very useful to have managers moving wiki pages.
BUG: Dependency View incorrectly places milestone durations
Hi I have seen that if create a milestone to start on, for example, October 1st and end on October 19th the duration bar on the dependency view runs from 2nd October to the 20th. This is wrong as the dates are out by 1 day. paul
Security angle when mutiple users connect thru Zoho Project

Bad UI
I Love Zoho, because of the enormous functions it has when compared to other Project tools out there. But despite all the great features it has, your Product is horrible in terms of UI Its like going into a big warehouse, where things are thrown here and there. it difficult to find anything . As a user, when i login to Zoho, in my dashboard, i should see all the task, Meetings, to Do and Message assigned me for that day in one single screen or something similar to that. Dates aren't relevant to a Project Template
I don't know how other users use the Project Template system, but I find that having absolute dates doesn't make sense. Every time I want to use a template or revise one, I have to go through and fix all the dates. Relative Dates like how many days for a given milestone make sense, but not absolute dates. limit on iphone app projects OR just a delay in updating?
Hi, I have about 30-40 projects in my Zoho Projects account. Just signed up for the iphone app and paid the $30. Allocated the license to my username but I cannot see the more recent projects I have added. Just so you can test this my username is adrian@easywebrecruitment.com and I have just added a project called Test Project. It does not display in the iphone app and I wonder if this is because there is a limit on the number of live projects? Thanks Adrian

Can someone give some advice here please? I am considering purchasing a full licence for a large project and unsure on which licence is right for me and even if Zoho projects is the answer. Task duration should be in hours not days (IMHO)
Hello, I think the duration on tasks should be entered in hours, not days. As a freelance programmer, I always quote and think of jobs in terms of hours. For example, if a clients asks me to fix a non-functioning form, that might take 2 hours. Certainly it won't take days. sjordan

Time zones
Hi, Maybe this feature already exists and I could not find it, but it seems there is no way to set a time zone for each participant in a project. Therefore a meeting call @ 7 PM in Europe for instance also appears to take place @ 7 pm to all users on the East coast of the US, whereas they should see 1 pm. Is it possible to create recurring tasks which starts on the 2nd working day of a month ? Because we have a test license we cannot test the recurring function.

Dropbox Sync Issues
When I create or upload a doc into Projects everything syncs fine. However when I sync directly from dropbox into Projects the spreadsheets and documents can not be opened in Projects. Any advice?

Should be able to remove a user from notify list on a Forum thread
It appears that once a user is included in the list of those to be notified by email when a new post or reply is made to a Forum thread, they can't be removed from the list. Additional users can be added to the list at any time, but once added, they can not be removed, which is unfortunate. I even tried removing the user from the project, and then adding her back, and when she was added back to the project she again appeared in the notify list for the thread. Report time on all projects' completed tasks
Hi The integration between Zoho Projects and Zoho Books is not scalable. At the moment, in Zoho Books you have to manually select a project in order to generate an invoice. I have 300 clients, 300 projects. In any given week, we do work for 10 projects (depending on who requests work). How the hell do we find those 10 projects in the Zoho Projects list? I don't mind manually making the 10 invoices, but we just need a simple way to grab the list of work done. Thanks Brendon
Recurring an entire project month to month
I am new to Zoho and am using the free 30-day trial to see if your software will do what I am looking for. I am wanting to setup projects, milestones to be completed within the projects, tasks to be completed within the milestones, and then have the entire project recur in the same order the following month. For example: My project is "General Ledger Month-end close". One of several milestone under that project may be "Balance Bank Statement". I would then list several tasks that needed to be done

Idea: Change task name from within task
Would be very useful to be able to change the task name whilst you are in the actual task entry, rather than having to come out to the parent list (either milestone or task list), just to change the name. thanks paul
