Download Multiple Documents and Edit File Description/Tags
Would be great in the Documents tab to be able to check several documents and download the checked ones in one fell swoop. Also, it would be great if there were a way to edit the "File Description" and/or tags without having to upload another version. Thanks! clark
Changing the tasks in a task template
Ok if I have a task template with 10 things in it and I want to add one more task I have to start over and create a new template?
Rapid fire add tasks
Currently, the tasks pop up rapidly, but you still have to click on "add task" every time you add one instead of being able to hit return, or shift-return or some hot key combo that would add the task from your keyboard and bring up a new window to add another. It would be great if this could be done from the keyboard and not the mouse click. thanks, clark
Can I hide Tasks from Dashboard?
I would like to hide the tasks from the dashboard. I do not want it to be the first thing that I see when I log in. Is this possible?

is it possible to assign project responsibility to a single person for a project when importing task template. at the moment it comes out as unassigned. is it possible to assign entire project to a single person w/o going through each individual activity
Dashboard Task Note Bug
Hi all, Just noticed a small bug: if I add a note to a task, and that note contains an apostrophe (') such as in the word "here's" - on the dashboard, that shows up as: Here's that seems to happen to all apostrophes in the dashboard list. FYI, thanks, clark
Bug Tracker
I have a question about Bug Tracker. We have the need to track bugs on a number of different websites. Many of these sites are managed by paid admins whom we would like to handle basic issues such as username/password issues. Is there any way within Bug Tracker to push "bugs"/issues such as these out to separate emails without giving these people visibility to the other technical issues that we might be tracking against these sites?

Time Reporting Expansion
I would like to inquire if there are plans to enhance the reporting within Timesheets. We would like to be able to report on time by the overall project, milestones, or task lists from the User Interface. Is this currently available somewhere within Zoho Projects or, if not, is it something that can be enhanced? Thank you
Different languages for users
Hello, Do you plan to enable individual users to select their languages for interface? Currently language can be changed for everyone - it looks like a settings for a whole portal, which is not good when you are working internationally. Best regards, Pavel.
Groups - for status filtering
It would be cool if I could set up GROUPS of users - and then filter tasks/milestones, etc. by groups. For example, we have a small group of web developers, tech writers, instructional designers, illustrators, etc... If I could set up groups - as a manager, I could more easily track tasks/milestones across my own group, perhaps assign tasks/milestones to a group - and then let individuals self-assign from there, etc... The groups function could also be involved with what shows up on the dashboard

Hi When a task is a member of a milestone or milestone task-list, it's due date should be constrained by the due date of the milestone.
BUG:Unable to unassign task from all task lists
Hi Once a task has been assigned to a tasklist, it is not possible to move it anywhere but another task list. This is counter intuitive from a task "back-log" concept, where a task could be returned to the pool for actioning at a later date. thanks

I like the module on the right which shows me overdue milestones. I have two suggestions for improving the functionality of that sidebar: I think it would be even better to be able to collapse the "Overdue Milestones" module. When you are involved in many projects, you may not need to see overdue milestones that are actually someone else's responsibility in the project. I am the main administrator and owner of my project, so I should have access to everything. I have never been able to find the control panel, and there seems to be no documentation.
Request for Time column in the Tasks view
Would it be possible to add a column to the Task View that would display the Total Time recorded for the task? I would see it being differentiated between All users and a Select user. Having this visibility would be helpful to the user. A second part of this may be to allow for an update to the time with a +/- selection. Percent complete updates from Gantt chart
Would it be possible to update the percent complete for tasks from the Gantt chart view? This seems like it would be very useful to quickly update the status of multiple items that individuals are working on, as it is somewhat tedious to go into each task individually to update. Thank you.
Update Percent complete from the Tasks view
I would like to request the ability to update the Percent complete from the Tasks view portion of Zoho Projects. My vision is a + or - sign that can be pressed to either increase or decrease the percentage on the task. These buttons would be to the right of the % column but on the same line. It could work with the same idea as the timer button in each row. Thank you.
Formatting issue within Tasks, Gantt View
Hi A small issue but irritating just the same...... When I go to Gantt View within Tasks to look at my project, I am finding that certain tasks which have too much text to fit into one line are being automatically formatted with a central alignment (ie the text is no longer aligned to the left like all other tasks). It would be great if you could fix this -- I like to print out this Gantt chart view and this screw-up of the formatting is annoying and actually quite distracting too ! Thanks
Saving Files to Project Documents
A capability that would be really helpful would be the ability to save a file from the desktop or mail client or wherever directly to the project's documents in ZOHO, that way we don't have to save to somewhere on our computers first before uploading it.
Forum Notification Emails: Customization
Currently, at the end of each forum notification email, it ends with a line like: To view the forum comment, login to https://projects.zoho.com/portal/mine#forums/#####/###### I would like to disable that when sending to the client, so that the client would only reply - and not click into the project. Or add my own custom footer per project. Bug Tracker - Reporting across all bugs
Bugs are currently raised by a person, and assigned either to themselves or someone else. When logged in, you can only see your bugs, or bugs assigned to you. Is there any higher level reporting for bugs ? We require the ability: To see all bugs for a specific project (resolved and unresolved) - like you can see Task Lists and Tasks for a project. To see all bugs across all projects - with the ability to filter by user or project. Will this or any other bug reporting be available anytime soon
Tickets : Customs fields content is lost when moving from one project to another
When moving a ticket from one project (with custom fields) to another project without custom fields, the customs fields are not visible anymore. That is one issue, and it would be good to be able to keep those custom fields visible. But the worst is to come : if you then move back that ticket to the initial project it came from, then the content of the custom fields just disappeared ! you lose all the information ! That is a real bug !

Division/Unit wise concept in Zoho
Currently we have only company wise project in Zoho . Admin can see all project of whole company. If company size is small then it work better but for large organization like us, require business unit/division wise concept in Zoho. So i am requested to you please include business unit/division wise concept in ZOHO. A business unit administrator can view (as well as admin) only project related that division only - Rajneesh

How can I see the when the priority of the task have changed
When I update Pirority, date, % completed, ...of a task, the only thing I see is in "activites" is "Updated [name of the task]" whithout any description of the action. How can I see, who has updated and what was updated (previous value vs new value) ? Thanks
