Replicating Monthly Tasks
Is there a way to replicate all of one months tasks for a project to the next month?
Emails are not sent
We have set our new zoho project, and we are logging in using google apps. Ever since establishing the account and aside from the notification about opening the account, Zoho is not sending emails to either of the team members - not on tasks, messages - anything. Zoho doesn't show that there is a problem, it just doesn't send emails. we do not exceed quota, we try sending 5 - 10 emails /day. Please help? is it unique problem for users who are opening accounts & logging in using google apps?
[Projects 2.0] :Query about child tasks
Hi When I've changed a task to 100% complete and this task has a subsequent task (i.e. another task is dependent upon this one), I get the following warning: "Do you want to edit this task date? Note: if the task has any child task(s), then all child task(s) date will be changed." There are 2 issues here: 1. I was not changing the date, so what is this about? 2. There are no child tasks in Zoho Projects as you use a system of Task Lists. Therefore, there must be an issue here about nomenclature.
Zoho project milestones
We entered what we thought was a 1st to last series of milestones and when we finnished they were reversed. The milestone we entered first and that we thought would be at the top of the page was last and at the end of page 2. Why is it designed that way and why wasn't there an indicator to tell us that? how can we reverse the order of the milestones without re-typing them all over again? thx
Does document sharing component in project support sub-folders?
Neither preview videos or forum searching revealed if document sharing in Project supported sub-folders for documents. And if it doesn't, when could this feature be expected? Thanks!

Meetings not displayinbg in My Work Calendar
My tasks and milestones are being displayed in My Work Calendar but not meetings that have been set up in the various projects. They are however reflecting in my calendar client via iCal. Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong? Michael

1. I have a heavy weight user of Zoho Projects. When I personally make a forum note, I do not want to receive my "own" email notice. This just clutters my mail box and leads me to "miss" other forum notes when I am trigger happy on the delete button. How can I turn off receiving a note that I personally make? 2. Is there Issue tracking application or functionality on Zoho?
I am looking to setup Issue tracking / Workflow functionality similar to some of the popular packages like Bugzilla, Quality Center, JIRA etc. There is no such functionality available on Zoho as much as I researched. My suggestion is to provide such functionality and even better, integrate it with Zoho Projects. That will be a huge benefit. Trust me, Zoho will be the ultimate virtual office once these kind of gaps have been addressed. Thanks.
work task reminder printer settings seriously malfunctioning
Chaps, For the past 3 months, each month, I have printed the Work Task Reminder incorporating all my tasks, milestones etc. Printing occurred without much problem, except when I had to once change from landscape to portrait setting. However, today something is seriously malfunctioning. I have been able to only once print on portrait setting. While maintaining a portrait setting, I can only print in the landscape setting. Timesheet Edits
A user should be able to edit their own timesheet. It appears that only a manager or administrator can edit a user's timesheet once entered. Also, when editing a timesheet the date should be able to be edited.

We received a message saying our payment was declined. Later, I input our payment info again and clicked "Update", only to receive an error message. Our card info is correct and there's no reason why the transaction was declined. Something is clearly wrong with the transaction process. Open Microsoft office 2007 files with zoho
Although zoho writer supports both importing from and exporting to office 2007 files (Ex. *.docx),any office 2007 file being attached to a wiki page there is no link for "Open with zoho writer" while this link is available for office 2003 (Ex. *.doc). Zoho should buy Tom's Planner application
I love Zoho Projects. But Zoho Projects really needs a good Gantt Chart application. Very recently, I signed to www.tomsplanner.com to use and enjoy an excellent and beautiful web based Gantt Chart. It would be useful if you publicized your Zoho Projects version # of the interface (say in the footer of the project management site itself). This would be linked to a changelog so we could see at a glance what fixes and improvements have been put in place. This would be very useful as my clients occasionally point out changes to Zoho Projects and I have no way of corroborating with them if something is a new feature, a fix, etc. when I'm trying to support them. I have large project from last year that I need to clone and modify for this year. I just upgraded my account so that I could use the Project Template feature, but I don't understand how to do it. Hi, I'm evaluating Zoho projects and so far I like it a lot. However, I have found 1 problem/bug: No tasks (open & closed) are shown in calendar and in Reports. Calendar: 'All' users are selected and 'All Tasks' . All boxes are empty. Milestones are shown, if selected Reports: 'Open tasks' and 'Closed tasks' show 'No Completed Todo Tasks'. Again milestones are being shown. Interestingly, the log hours associated with the tasks are visible in the timesheet view. The result is the same for Firefox

Meeting notes link from dashboard doesn't work
Hi, If you add notes to a meeting, you get a nice logging on the dashboard. But if you're looking at the dashboard to see what happened, the link to the meeting note doesn't function. This is annoying, because it's sometimes difficult to find the right meeting where the note was posted. regards, Federico

From the "Available Project Users" information: "Manager : A Manager has all privileges at the project level like add new projects, folders, add/remove users and schedule meetings." Question re Features in Upgrade from Free to Standard
In the free edition of Projects one wiki is included. If we upgrade to standard, do we retain that one wiki? We will only have one project. The pricing page is not clear; it say that for an additional $6/month 6 wikis are included. We would like to upgrade to get the file-sharing feature; we don't need more than 1 wiki and would like retain it without paying for additional wikis.
Time Stamp on Projects Forum Messages
It looks like forum messages are time-stamped with the time in GMT zone. Is there a way to change the time zone of the display, preferably with an indication of which time zone is being used (e.g., 09:00 PST for Pacific Time in the US)?
