Can't add Email ID's
In My Account >> My Email IDs, I cant add email Id which was already posted as User in any of the projects. I just added the email id in users part of the project, later am deleted that email id and am trying add the same id in "My Email Ids" part, its telling the message like "Email address already exist". Ooooops !
Frustrated with tasks
Why is the dependency view separate from the general task view? That is extremely frustrating, and I am not sure I understand the point? Most of my frustration comes from the fact that I didnt realize they were two separate things until I already went ahead and setup an entire project. I was thinking I could go back and setup the dependencies. That does not appear to be the case. Am I missing something, can I actually do this? Thanks.

Calendar at a Glance
We are using Zoho Projects and there are a lot of pros to most features except for the calendar. For us, there are many "projects" that never end and are continuously ongoing. We need and use the calendar function to reference employees time off, appointments, client meetings in and out of the office etc. Right now there is no way that we can see everything that is going on across all projects for all people for any given day, week or month. Hello, This sort of falls in line with other user requests to have customizable user roles feature within a project. I would like to see more access control features given to the 'Document' section of a project. For example, a company president should have access to see all confidential documents belonging to a project, but an employee or contractor should not be able to see those documents at all. Also, the ability to create sub folders and organize/group documents logically within the 'Documents'

Hi, I just downgraded my account from the $12 plan to the free plan. I was surprised to see that I cannot start a chat or a wiki, although they are included in the free plan. I have created three companies for customer users and some users. I can delete the users (via the waste basket button), but how to delete the companies? This is not a rights issue as the portal admin can't delete them either...
Sharing documents between projects
Can documents be associated among multiple projects? I am working on a large federal project and we now have 24 sub-projecs. We are debating between setting each of the 24 as a project unto itself or whether these smaller projects should just be folders and categories within the larger global project. The functionality of being able to share documents among all 24 projects is important - is this possible?

When a user has been formerly added as customer and then deleted, it can't be added as project user (message: the user has already been added as customer") What to do? Structure
I am working on a large project with 24 sub-projects involved as well as multiple teams. My question is whether it makes more sense to structure each sub-project as a folder within the main project or whether it makes more sense to set each sub-project up as a project of its own. What are the advantages or disadvantages in the zoho structure of going one way or the other?
