More views for the Project planner
All the products I have looked at eg Presentation, word processing, spreadsheet bear some relationship with Ms apps or Google docs but I was a little disapointed with the project planning tool expecting something more like MS project

The ability to create a sub-category / category within a category or to subordinate one forum to another would be very helpful for organizing discussions from broader topics to more specific conversations. for tasks, move the end date so that it's below the start date (not 4 inches to the right); many times I'll put just due date and you force me to move across the entire form every single time (because you require a start date as well) also, don't have a bullet selector for the due date, if they put a due date then it means it should be selected (it doesn't even make any sense—why are you making me double my clicks to set a due date? also, don't require a start date; if I want to set just a deadline,

profile updates
I have updated my profile through "settings" and have successfully uploaded a photo in the 120x120 pixel format requested. File size is 43Kb. The correct photo appears her next to this post but does not appear in the user box on either my home page or the home project page. On Tuesday night after one attempt it appeared briefly in the user box on the project page but, within 20 minutes had reverted to the default user placeholder image. Is there a linking problem within the site?
Linking of documents
In a project when I want to add a document, I can do this by either creating a new doc or by uploading a doc from the desktop. I am not able to add a file which may be there in the docs of Zoho. digramu
Products to Customer Reporting
Hi, I've been playing around for a little while with the custome report section of zoho crm and I can't seem to create a report which will show me what products are under our customers. I'd like to be able to see who the stock items have been allocated to, would this be done using the sales order functionality as well? I'm actually completley lost at what to do next so any suggestions or help would be very much appreciatted. I hope this is clear enough Thanks
passwords issues
When getting a new user on board he receives no password. Then I try to put him as a client, and he receives a mail saying he has the same password as before. I delete him and also the project, but he remains in the system and I am stuck. What can I do? Please consider urgently, I pay for the service as didierdelaval . It would be nice if when documents were uploaded to a forum post they were also added to the repository under the 'documents' tab. Right now a document would have to be seperatley uploaded to both places if it were to also be associated with a task. Ultimately if a file could be uploaded, tagged, and associated from either the task, forum, or documents pages that would be great. It would also be nice if it were possible to link to or import/export in a dynamic way (at the users selection I suppose)

Viewing all milestones and tasks from all users
How can I see milestones and tasks from all projects together and their overlapping? Example: I have three active projects and each one have their milestones, tasks and colaborators. I need to see all tasks and milestones from all users in one calendar to see how they interact with each other. The goal is to visualize all available resources in order to build the weekly or monthly plan. I tried in "My home", but i only can see the tasks and milestones of one single project, not all of them together.

Data transfer from timesheets to invoice not accurate
I am having a serious problem with timesheets and invoices. I have a project with a single task and single person billing hours. I am required to submit a timesheet and an invoice to a customer. Last week, I exported the hours for 3/16 - 3/31 to an xls file, and everything came through perfect. When I hit the "create invoice" button from the exact same screen, and enter the exact same task/date information, it drops 8 hours off the total. Is anyone else having this problem with invoicing?

informing others of documents added
when you add a new document you are able to inform users of the document being added and an auto email is sent to them. Is there a way to do this once the document has been added if you want to inform others of the document?
Suggestions
These are enough actually for me to seek out services: make the things under "setting" more visible, like up in the tab area with the other tools. I would even suggest making the tabs more intuitive or that users could decide WHAT items to have on their toolbar. It's such a time waster having to hunt around for where things are. Instead of building it to be "lean and clean", think about the user experience. People are adding docs a lot, let that be a tab always. Hiding stuff just frustrates the hell

Is this normal? I've started today with the free edition and a real project in order to evaluate and decide if I want to purchase the extra functionality. However, for me it's so slow that it's just not productive enough to use. Does anyone else have the same experience? TIA!

Hi. I curently subscript to Zoho Projects but I'm keen to subscribe to a number of other Zoho products. I was wondering if you offer a discount or a package deal. I'm interested in Zoho invoices, Zoho CRM, Zoho Meeting and Zoho Projects. [issue] Hours deleted when associated task is deleted.
When I delete a task to which billable hours are linked to, the billable hours are also deleted without warning. The current behavior can make billable hours disappear without notice and this directly causes financial impact and lost of money for my company. It happened to me. If I haven't had a separate time tracking, I would have lost billable hours. The expected behavior would at least be to ask if I really want to delete this task since billable hours are linked to it and these billable hours

Timesheet bug issue
i'm having a problem on Zoho project, I'm trying to log time for me and my colleagues in the "list view" mode. Every time I try to log time for my colleague (user : j.masse@momac.net) it's registered in my timesheet... The Problem is a little bit diferrent when I don't use the list view mode but the data is not displayed correctly in the caledar. Do you have any fix for it ? Thanks, Paul ph.bedry

Hi. I have a feature suggestion for you... We have so many projects on the go that they take up 3 or 4 bread-crumb links. What would be a better way of doing this is if we could group our projects into expandable groups or folders on the project widget. For example, we could group our projects as "Admin Projects", "Marketing Projects", "Client Projects" or whatever we want to name the groups. Each group would be an expandable folder or link (a bit like a mail folder in outlook) which would hide/show
