Suggesting--Add "Activity" for Tasks and/or Milestones
Suggest, for each milestone or task, to have a "Activity" button. Once user clicks "Activity" button, a drop down list show up: meeting, call, document, and other user defined items. If user chooses "meeting", then a meeting schedule dialogue page shows up. After enter the meeting, meeting will show up in calendar and under the milestone or task when the "Activity" button is clicked. If user chooses "Document", then a file upload or editing dialogue shows up. After uploading a file, a link is placed

Report functionality
Hi- It would be most helpful if you could update the Reports functionality so that it indicates (in both the text and GANTT visual versions) which Task List each individual task is associated with. Currently, the tasks are viewed/listed by person and open/closed status, which is not very helpful from an organizational standpoint. Thanks and keep up the good work. mjstanl

I can't seem to get my 'To do" lists etc. to showup in "My work calendar." The "Milestones" are all there, but no tasks. even meetings seem to work... what am i doing wrong? charkey
icons associated with each item
ie. tasks... it is confusing and irritating to see a whirlwind of icons flash across the screen as I move my mouse around the project page. there is no need for this - put in some kind of delay via javascript that will not show the icons until I hover over an item for a short period of time... tcodex
A few basic things to make Zoho Projects better
1. When I tried to upload a revision to a PDF file it repeatedly didn't work. The file name was different, could that have been it? Outbound email and other Internet activities were working at that time so it wasn't my connection. Indeed, other aspects of Zoho projects continued to work. 2. It would be great if links added in places like notes opened in a different browser tab. Easy fix, big improvement. 3. you vs every other PM software in the world
We have looked at almost every PM solution out there. Yours has some amazing features, mostly the GUI. Unfortunately it is also the most closed systems in existence. No api, no way to do ldap auth .... not good. We are choosing activecolab since we can host it on site, but would have easily chosen you should you have had some way to bring data in and out of the system. This is a new world my friends, you cant be so pretentious as to think its acceptable to be a data silo. chostert

Here is my (small) list of missing features : - Assign task to more than one resource - tracking project issues (not bugs or things like that, just stuff that went wrong during the course of the project) - risk management Enhancement : speed. skin choosing option
when the administrator chose the skin, that skin should be the only and the default skin to all users/clients view. Or, make an option that enable/disable other users/clients to choose their own skin. Because the skin color will affect the logo/corporate color(if company choose to upload their own logo). calvin.c
Documents Versioning
It seems there is a problem in uploading a new version of existing documents, it doesn't work !!! I am trying to upload the new version since Thursday with no luck; here are the possible scenarios: 1- Upload specific document, try to upload a newer version of the document, it works flawlessly. 2- Upload specific document, move the document to a different folder, try to upload a newer version, doesn�t work, and show no errors. 3- Upload specific document, another user try to upload a newer version,

General - Task & Milestones Tab
This tab is not allowing me to create and save a new task list. Why aren't the Milestone tabs moveable, allowing me to open to whichever i prefer(I like seeing how many Milestones are Overdue first)? similar to how the tasks order.

integration of zohochat inside the zohoprojects
before anything, let me tell you this, "I love zoho". the one thing that i have noticed is that zohoprojects really doesn't allow you to chat. if i am logged in, i can see who is online or not by looking under the users page, but there is no way to create a group chat. i think this feature is very important because this is a collaboration website and chatting with members is a quick way to get your point across. i suggest that there should be a button which allows me to create a group chat. if i

Users deleting tasks ???
Is there a way to prevent users "employees" from deleting or modifying tasks, task lists or even milestones ??? I want them to be able to fill in their progress on a particular task or mark it as finished but never to delete them or modifying. Thank you.
Missing link
I have tried to start a new project, am unable too find the link that is supposed to be in the left hand menu at the top right. It just doesn't exist and I've tried to find it in the latest version of internet explorer, firefox, and seamonkey. I've tried doing it from the "My Home," "Dashboard" and the "Settings" pages to no avail. Am I just not doing the right thing? If not then this is something that should be fixed. olletippaz

Firstly I'd like to say this looks great. I've been using Zoho on and off for a while now but I think this is the one app that'll keep me coming back. However, two feature requests/suggestions (one already mentioned): * Task Dependencies - I know it's on your list, just adding another vote for it * Zoho Meeting integration - Would it not be an idea to tie in with something you've already developed? Or have I just missed something during my initial foray into Zoho Projects?

Lost tasks
Hi has anyone had this problem? I entered five tasks in against a milestone on thursday but they are no longer visible under upcoming milestones - even when the expand icon is clicked - however they are visible in the calender and reports under task list or graph view.... how can I bring them back into view again? thanks. helen
