Project Title needs to show on every screen
I am sitting here working in my Zoho Projects and just realized we need an addition to the system very badly. It is very easy to get lost because the title of the project you are working on is not shown on every screen/tab as you move through the system. This is a major flaw in the system and should be very easy to remedy. Also, the project does not stay highlighted in the left-had project list. Thanks. Gary gtdriski

Task Lists and Milestones
We can currently move tasks from one Task List to another. So now it would be very helpful to ... 1) move Task Lists from one Milestone to another. 2) move Milestones from one Project to another. 3) move Task Lists from one Project to another. 4) have an option per Milestone Task List to show that Task List on the General task list tab. change task's date within report view
I create the tasks in the Tasks list view. I assign a owner and a date to it. Then, i go to reports, I filter by user, and this gannt chart helps me to understand how many tasks are each of my staff doing everyday. What could happen here is that i could realize that they have too many tasks on a certain date, too few on another, or just not well organized. Right now there is no way to change the task date within the report view. So i'll have to go back to the task list, search the task i wanna change,
Multiple Task Edit & Notes In Emails
It would be nice to select all the tasks or a number of tasks and update all at the same time - like changing who the task belongs to, or a due date. Also when a user is notified of a task change it would be better if the notes field was included
How to change portal name?
Just wondering if it is possible to change the portal name for an account. Now that I have 2 projects, I would prefer a more generic name. Possible?
Zoho Write unusable
Zoho write is almost unusable form within project When I create a new doc from project, and then try to spell check the doc it frezees and asks me to add a name for the doc. I already named it in project and there is no way for me to name it in write jed
can't add RSS to iGoogle
from inside my project, when i click the RSS button i get promted with a httpasswd window to input my login information. Only with login I can access to my rss url. therefore, when i try to add that RSS to my iGoogle, google cannot login to that URL, and so the connection fail. I guess you should simply change the login type with a normal html form (so that it can be accessed within google) instead that with server httppassword. thanks!
alternative task listings
hi. i almost like everything in the design of your application, but there is one think uneasy, i just reazlied what is it: (as you), we have a website . our tasks are devided in different lists, such as CONTENT, DESIGN, SEO, BUGs... and we like it this way. Inside each list, tasks have their own proirity, which again is good. But, sometime to have a full picture of the situation, we'd like to see all the tasks together, in order of prioirity, without any division between them ... i am arrongant enough
Invalid SSL Certificate
When we goto our page (https://ourcompany.projects.zoho.com) we get a certificate error because the host doesn't match the certificate. The SSL certificate appears to be a wildcard RapidSSL certificate for *.zoho.com which doesn't include 4th level domains I believe. You'd have to get another wildcard ssl certificate for *.projects.zoho.com I think, could definitely be wrong though.
Tab Control
The request is for the administrator to be able to Turn On/ Turn Off Tabs on a per project basis. I would like to provide my clients access to the project site, but there are some features I don't use which I would like to turn off in order to reduce confusion. Dashboard | Tasks & Milestones | Calendar | Meetings | Documents | Timesheet | Reports | Forums | Users For example, since Timesheet is not fuctional enough for my business, I would like to turn it off.

Hello, Before anything I'll congratulate all the team for these web applications... Thank you! I'ld like to implement Zoho project for a commitee of 100 persons splited in 4 groups (but 1 person can be member of 2 groups at same time). But all the members of this comitee should have the read on the other project. So will it be possible to implement en ACL mangment more modulable than "employee, manager, etc.."? Meeting Request
I think it would be great to have some meeting scheduling functionality (see, e.g. Doodle, Timebridge) built into Zoho Projects. Another huge plus would be the ability to post a wiki-style knowledgebase in Projects (see, e.g. Central Desktop, which also has a database function). jstarkweather
Cannot log on
I can always log on at home. But at school, weather I'm using the school's lan or Wi-Fi with a school's laptop, Zoho doesn't even recognize my email address. And there doesn't seem to be any help on this topic. Hope to get some feedback on my feedback. rix2

Forum and Posts
It's quite difficult to monitor multiple posts when every poster does not elect to send notice emails. The Status Message: new comment added does not quite give enough information, since I have to scroll to the bottom of each post to see whether it was I that made the last post. That or, I need to remeber the number of comments in each post. Would it not be more intuitive to show a Status Message like. "new comment added by Sue." or "Last comment added by Sue" marcell

Ical and Outlook : error in importing calendar data
Hi, 1) I am trying to import the Ical files generated by Zoro Projectin to Outlook 2003, to no avail. I am getting a strange error message (sorry, in French) : "Cette erreur se produit parfois lorsque vous essayez d'enregistrer un rendez-vous lunaire récurrent au format iCalendar. Pour éviter cette erreur, attribuez à l'option de rendez-vous la valeur Grégorien plutôt que Lunaire." Well, it is something about lunar and gregorian formats. 2) Similarly, I am using an add-in in Outlook "Remote Calendars"
The most frustrating thing...
I promise never to complain about little nigs & nags if you could please please please have a graphic designer have a go at the Calendar. It is so difficult to use as an easy project reference. The layout, fonts & little mouseover buttons are awkward. It always prints terribly no matter how I tweak it. This is kind of surprising given that the 'look' of the rest of the interface is so smooth, beautiful & functional. The Calendar shouldn't suffer, it's soooooo important overview tool in time management.
Access other tools with Project account
How do I access other Zoho tools like Writer, Sheet, Meeting? When I go to zoho.com I am asked to sign in. But I can't use my Zoho Project sign. sinodot

Hi, the system is very well thought through, just 2 remarks (for now): - in the Users panel, users seem to be logged in for ever. Their on/offline status is not updated by the system. I *REALLY REALLY REALLY* need to be able to: 1. Easily link to existing Zoho Writer, Sheet, Show, other documents in the Documents tab of zProjects. 2. Tasks & Milestone view
In projects, when I click on tasks and milestones, I fail to see the importance of the 'General' tab. If I have everything organized following PM methodology, every task will be attached to a milestone. I should either see the top few milestones from each milestone view or be able to customize the 'front page' of the tasks and milestones view so that I can decide what to view. User deletion and creation
A user has the problem that he does not get password requests, probably due to his provider who deletes those messages as Spam. Since it is not easy for him to a) get his provider to change the spam filter or b) change the provider it would be helpful if the admin could receive it or at least change it or at least if the admin deletes the user and then recreates him a new password should be generated and emailed to the new user and admin (as with all new users created).

Documents uploading and notification
1) There should be away to upload a doc and then select users to notify its existence for their review instead of having to go to send a message to users.
