Integrating your applications
Hey Zoho! I was wondering if you have any plans to integrate your software pieces. If you do this, you will kill Microsoft!! If I could use project manager, to assign a task to one of my users, it would be really cool if the task appeared on their to-do list in their Zoho Planner. Zoho Projects meetings could be tied into Zoho Meeting. Zoho notebook could publish to Zoho Projects and Planner and Creater. You get the idea I think. Please let me know if you are thinking of this. mamartin

when are you planning to fix the bug in Zoho Projects forums? The posts are all out of order. This really destroys the functionality of forums when the posts are not listed in order. Please advise. steve

Feedback on Zoho project management
I think this is absolutely brilliant and have some ideas after I have been using it for 2 hours this morning. 1. Graphical Gannt chart would be useful showing dependencies over a timeline. 2. Inviting our partner network to partake in certain aspects but not all of a project would require more administration settings for privacy. Otherwise you have a very rich and functional environment to manage projects in a simple manner Cheers Jonathan jon

Attaching/creating an API for ZProjects?
I am not sure where to post this. So I'll try here. If I have read the explanations correctly, there are a group of people who build APIs, is this correct? These are things like a plug-in? I would like to know more about this - specifically, if I wanted a special function or collection of functions put together in a plug-in, what conditions would apply re. being able to request this or being able to do the building myself, and ownership of the intellectual property?
Changing Assigned Ext & Int Tasks
Hi, I would like to request a feature to move all sub-tasks associated to it's parent unit (ie the Milestone) to the appropriate internal/external community when the parent unit is changed. I still like that any task can be internal or external despite its parent unit affiliation. Cheers! mamartin
There major bug in Zoho Projects Forum
There is a major bug in Zoho Projects Forums. If you can't fix it very soon will, we will unfortunately need to move to a different service. The forum posts do not show up in order. This makes it nearly impossible to see which forum posts are replying to which questions. It is essential in any forum that the user can see the linear flow of the dialogue in sequential order -- or there is no point in having a forum. Are you going to be able to fix this? When? We need to know right away what your plans
Forum Comments Now Out of Order Too
Hi, I previously posted re a problem with notes on tasks being listed in no particular order (making it difficult to follow a thread). Now I see the same problem with the time and date stamped Forum comments that are being posted subsequent to Forum topic posts. Not sure what is going on but I have comments from Feb 4th showing up both above AND below comments from Feb 5th in the same topic. Is this common? Buck

Maximum hours per timesheet entry
We assign some of our task to teams and then the team will enter there time for any given day. The problem is time sheet entry will only let us enter in a maximum of 12.00 hours on any one entry. This is what we get if we try to enter more than 12.00 hours. (Please enter Valid Time Ex : 0.23 (or) 2.06 (or) 10.10). I know we could split it apart into multiple entries for anyone day, but this is a hassle. Thanks

Dear Zoho-Project-Team, first I want to tell you that I really appreciate your work and I am very happy that you provide this english, free and nice office-plattform. My problem is that I can't edit the milestones or tasks within the calender. That is not good. At any time I can see the milesone or taks I also should be able to edit/delete or update it. To edit a task or milestone i have to move my mouse over it in "Tasks & Milestones" in "General" and then move in one left slide to "edit" etc. Another

Zoho Projects - DOWN ?!@??!?!?!?
What is going on guys? When I visit my Projects page this is what I'm greeted with: "Sorry, the page you have requested was not found. Please check the URL for proper spelling and capitalization. If you're having trouble locating a destination on Zoho Projects, try visiting the Zoho Project home page." Not Good. Milestone order problem
When you added the tabs in the tasks and milestone page the order of my milestones were changed - they are no longer in order of end date. This is only when All tasks are displayed. When tasks for a specific user are displayed they are in the order of the milestone end date - as expected.

I need to change my Login Name to savahomeservices@gmail.com. I made a HUGE mistake using an "e" in the login name and that will create huge problems for my admin. There is nothing that I see that allows me tochange that, everything else is correct. And while I love what you all have to offer, it is a total waste of time to rebuild the system just to have the correct login name. I know it ws my error while typing, but can someone help me roll this over to the correct login name of saveahomeservices@gmail.com??

Is Overdue tasks not working?
I have no overdue tasks. Why can I not create due dates for tasks? I created a task and made it so i had to begin a month ago and finish a day later... but i still have no overdue tasks. Is this correct? myke

milestone ordering
Hey, what's up with milestone ordering? It always changes, AND, I have no control over it. We want to reorder our milestones and KEEP them in that order. Here's what one of my users wrote: "This thing is so dumb. I had all the Milestones set to go in the right order. Once I started adding tasks list, the order of the milestones changed." Zoho Projects : Major Performance Update
This weekend, Zoho Projects joined the other Zoho apps in our new data center with more powerful servers. You should experience a major boost in the performance when you work with Zoho Projects now. Also, in this update there's a couple of UI enhancements. The �Tasks & Milestones� tab now has sub-tabs - General, Upcoming, Overdue, Completed - for added clarity. And each Tasklist / Milestone can be Expanded or Collapsed. The �Forums� tab has also undergone a few changes as well. Try the new & enhanced
Problem with projects
When checking off a completed project there is no "Completed Projects" list on the bottom of the screen as shown in the help notes on the bottom of the page at: http://writer.zoho.com/public/zohoprojects/Task-Management/noband Can this be rectified or where else can I select/edit/update closed tasks? Accidental Project
I created a project for testing purposes but now I can't delete it. I like the service and want to use it with my real projects. However, since there is no way to delete a project, I cannot remove it and I cannot add more projects. This is a major flaw if I am unable to have more projects because I made an accidental project. arthus.erea

merging Zoho office suite & Zoho projects
I love all of the different Zoho tools, but it is a serious pain to try and keep track of all the accounts. I could deal more easily with this if you allowed upload of Zoho writer files directly into the Zoho projects or Zoho notebook tools. Being able to essentially "cross-pollinate" would help to make this a long term solution for me. lsteffen
Timesheet adding incorrectly & missing hours timezone ch
Hi Zoho Project Folks, I'm beta-testing Zoho Projects before I transfer my organization to it. Here are 2 issues related to the timesheet: 1) The total hours for a user's timesheet are not adding correctly for the given month. In my case, there are 2 days each with time logged at 1.5 hours, yet the total is 3.4 hours for the month. It should be 3, correct? 2) I logged the 1st day's time before I changed the timezone from Europe to CST. Now that I have, when I click on the day that I logged time originally
