Can't file bug using the web to bug form
I am trying to use a Web to Bug Form with the following settings to file a bug in Zoho Projects. I have tried using '*' in the the Form/Web Page URL field and flag as internal/external. On submitting the form - the webpage redirects to a blank page and the bug is not filed. ( I have also tried with other Return URLs as well, but to no avail.) How do I make it work?

I have a questions regarding the option to create a contact form that creates a task in the project manager. It wont work because the email registered is not our main email. I have already submitted this issue to support several times the user name and original registered email was former employee and I need it to change to get our form working, how can I get this done? Filing a bug through E-mail
Zoho allows submitting a bug through email. While it is working if I directly mail through my Gmail account - i.e the bug gets filed. But if I send the mail via Amazon SES using the same email address, the bug is not filed. Any suggestions on where I may be going wrong?
Events are showing up an hour late after March 29th
Daylight Saving Time took effect in the US on March 9th, but although we have the timezone correctly selected for our org, events scheduled after March 29th are an hour off as if DST is being applied then but not now. This is when the time changes in the EU, right?
Adding a 'like' button to status and comments on the Project feed
It would be great to be able to like a status or a comment on the project feed to avoid the need to have to comment but to indicate that the particular comment or status or activity in question has been acknowledged.

I'm going to create several projects but I would like to have a "category" or specific folders for projects or different portals. How many portals can be used? For example, I'd like to have several projects for each service sold to a client. Each client could have different projects at the same time. What does the export tasks function do in Projects? I am looking to pull out all tasks and associated information as a spreadsheet and I believe this is how I am to do it; however nothing happens when I ask for an export. Please help......

One of our admin contacts has left the company and I need to remove them. I went to Users from the main screen but I cannot see any edit option when I hover over their user. How can I remove this fellow admin user?
How do you receive emails after adding yourself to events on a group calendar?
Hi - new Zoho project user here, I'm trying to add myself to events created by other users in my project group, and I am able to add myself to the event, but I'm not receiving email notifications after the fact. Anyone might know what I'm doing wrong? It seems when I add myself to an event, it doesn't link to my Outlook right away like it does when I create events myself. Any help would be appreciated!
On the "My Calendar" view, add a "open/closed" filter.
When you are doing (or trying to) agile development, you end up with long list of tasks and sub tasks and milestones... It would be a real plus for us to be able to filter out the closed tasks from the "My Calendar" view. We currently need to scroll down a couple of time to see today's task list. I know there's others views that allow that filtering, but I don't understand why it's not on that page too. Thanks. :-)
Time tracking button not showing in new task details page!

...is there a report, filter or otherwise that will allow one to view the date range or most forward task due date within a project for all projects on a single sheet. We have been using Zoho for a short time and have quickly gotten up to speed on its capabilities. However it appears this feature does not exist. Hi Guys, Now this is only a little thing, but I think there's a typo in the notification for people inviting to join the conversation. I have received a few emails now that follow this form: XXXXXX has invited to join the conversation YYYYYYY. To me, this doesn't read good English - it should be: XXXXXX has invited YYYYYYYY to join the conversation ZZZZZZZ. It's in the subject and content. Thanks, Alan

Problem with emailing comments to a ticket?
Emailing for the first time to my ticket will upload the comment correctly. Such as: But, when I send another comment, the email address is remembered by my email program, so the email looks like this: Notice the "saved" email in the CC. It is the same address. But, for some reason, this comment will not save. I get returned from Zoho instead: We are unable to process this email. WHY DID THIS HAPPEN? Latest Zoho Not working with IE
Hi all, Since the latest release of Zoho none of our users using IE 8 or 9 can access Zoho Projects, they just get a blank screen. The only way around this is to go back to version 3. iCal feed for whole calendar
Hi, We have just signed up for zoho and I could not find an answer to my question in the forum using the search function. We are using Google Apps (calendar) and we would like to have the entire calendar from Zoho (i.e. all tasks of all employees) showing up as one calendar in Google. Question about getting bugs from the api
Hello, At the moment im building a script te create a csv file with all bugs that are not closed for a certain set of projects. Is it possible to request only the bugs of a project that are open? If not i will have to make quite a bit off calls to retrieve ALL bugs of the projects i want and then exclude all the bugs that are closed. Ofcourse this will work, but it'd be great not haveing to do those extra requests :) That being said, creating a export like this will require me to make around 30 requests
Day duration in hours
Concerning the day's duration, it would be better to add a day's duration field. When adding the day's start and end dates, it's basically taking into consideration our one hour lunch break for example which might not give accurate results when predicting the task's end date. For example, our working day consists of 8 hours + 1 hour lunch break. So when I add our day's start hour as 9 and end as 6 it's calculating a working day as 9 hours. Is there a way to show what are the next tasks for each project?
Let's say we have several projects and each has several tasks with multiple dependencies. Is there a way to filter out the next tasks, the ones to which previous dependencies are all complete? Maybe highlight them or something?

Hello! I am using trial zoho project, and i like it - our company will buy license, after finishing one test project - if we are satisfied. So far it is helpful and nice, but one things is VERY annoying. I want to see tasks ordered by start date, for example. But default order is something other, and EVERY TIME i use Zoho i must set order manually in each task list. How can i set default order for my tasks, or save order for particular task? Thank you!

Hello again me, We have 30 active projects which each month have the same tasks (contract over 3 years). Should we create Templates for them or EXCEL and import them? Hi. I think it would be nice when you have task lists and tasks in a milestone to be able to either see them or have a quick link to them when you click on a milestone in the "My Calendar" view. It would be a nice shortcut in the interface. And if I can add more : rolling over the milestone for a few seconds could show the list of tasks. On either left or right side of the mouse, you move your mouse in the panel and click to make it "fixed". Once fixed you'll be able to close it by clicking outside
