Decimal numbers are very important
For my job openings, I like to list wages as a number. But the number field does not allow decimals. Most staffing agencies that place people in temporary jobs use hourly wages, and the difference between $8 and $8.50 is significant. Can you please make a number field that supports decimals? Thanks!
Follow up reminders on emails?
How do I set follow up reminders on emails within the Zoho Recruit email module? Ideally the reminders should integrate with Zoho calendar module.

Long names are truncated in table view and can't be copied correctly
Hello Zoho, We have a problem with canditate table view. We have to copy a large number of first names, last names and emails into an external system for online testing. And when we copy/paste long values of names they are truncated and changed into something wrong. For example last name "Клименко" is changed into "КлимеC". This slows our work very strongly as we have to open candidates individually or to write correct text manually. Thanks in advance for your help. Best regards

Searching by zip code
Is there a way to search in Zoho Recruit by skill and zip code radius. I cannot find it. This is a very basic function. I am currently evaluating Zoho recruit and if this featur is not available, it is a deal killer.
job openings security issue
I think Zoho Recruit has some great features however the job openings tab should be more customizable and you should have the option to archive old jobs and secure the information related to filled jobs vs open jobs - it's too easy for people to steal valuable information and it has happened to me personally - this data is more sensitive than the client and client contacts data which can be managed by the different user type / access positions.. HELP

Hi there, I have experienced an error occurring with a thank you letter which is sent automatically once the applicant submits their personal profile on system. I have double checked everything in setting so that the email alerts (a thank you letter), or all the template emails will be sent from Admin recruiter's email address @ yen.vu.thi@nextop.asia. However, something goes wrong causing above letter is now sending from a user in our system @ nga.quach.thi.thu@posismo.com. Could you please help

The search field in the candidates tab seems to be finicky...sometimes I can get in there and do a search form someone but most often I can't get into the field... Is this a glitch or is there something I am doing wrong?

Why are forum post status not updated?
I've looked at the forum post and noticed that most postings from Zoho recruit users have no statuses. I'm hoping that the forum is a good place to find solutions when there's a problem in Zoho Recruit, but looking under the problem section of this forum, it seems like this is not the place to go. Would the problems posted in this forum be answered to or is there another place to check on request/bug statuses for Zoho Recruit?

I've noticed our storage have exceeded 1Gb. Do I have to buy the add-on now or will the next bill reflect the extra $3 for an extra 1Gb automatically?

Candidate "Import from document" link appears even without permission
The "Import from document" link appears on the Candidate page when the user has permission to use the Add-On Resume Parser feature. Users without permission will not see this link. But if you click on "Import Candidate" on the Candidate page and enters the following page, the "Import from document" button appears. Mostly I send the ZOHO emails to my own email-address (Bcc:). Sometimes I forget this and afterwards it is not possible to forward this email. Idea: There should be fields in the ZOHO settings for default Cc: and Bcc: values.

Associating Candidates
Currently I'm only able to associate a candidate if the job opening is in progress. I have several job opening on hold and I'm still getting in resumes for these on hold or waiting for approval openings. I'd like to be able to associate candidates to a job opening regardless of the status. When those job openings change from on hold to in progress I'll be ready to go and not have to dig through resumes I put in a month ago.
Customizing the candidate form/fields
Is it not possible to customize the candidate form? I would like to ask specific questions to my industry. Either with Yes/No questions or label boxes. Looks like I can only pick from a few preconfigured fields. Looks like you can customize the job opening details and qualifications very extensively, but can nothing with the actual candidate form (the form the applicant sees and uses). This is very bizarre.
SMS feature is great but Clikatel and Screen Magic extremely expensive
The SMS feature is great but why restrict it to the two most expensive companies in the world. The pricing for SMS to Australia is 500% more expensive than their competition. I have purchased the Zoho Mail integration with Zoho Recruit and have questions/concerns: - I currently have my outlook email set up as IMAP. If I configure my Zoho Mail as POP(as you don't currently support IMAP) - will it affect my IMAP account in outlook? - If I don't keep my outlook and just use Zoho Mail - how do I parse attachments (resumes)? - What are the storage limits per user - can they be increased? - An email has been associated with a candidate or client contact - if I permanently delete
