We were told that the Outlook plugin is on the Road Map for Zoho Recruit. Are you able to give me a time frame estimate on this? For us this is a pretty important feature so that we can maintain full history for all communication with our candidates and clients.

When someone applies for a job, we need to have them fill out an Equal Opportunity Employment form. Is there a form for that or do I have to incorporate it in my job form? Ideally this is done before you select a job.

I have created a Client and I have created a Client Contact for that Client but the Client Contact doesn't appear on the Client Grid View. It just appears blank. Not sure why.
sent emails overview with client contact
Dear All, I would like to ask for another useful feature. If possible i would like to see the emails and scheduled interviews that I and my fellow recruiters have sent to the client contact. Now you will only see the emails that you have composed but not the emails that have been generated by the system (for example when you schedule an interview with the candidate and the candidate is interviewed by the client contact). Fresher tag in Candidate summary view
In the summary view in Candidatates, all my candidates have the word 'Fresher' under their names. I have not tagged them as Fresher anywhere, so am unsure where this tag is coming from. From a previous post I understand that this may be to do with work experience? We do not have or want the 'work experience' field as part of our required candidate detail when we are adding new candidates (we have customised and removed this field), so why is the fresher tag still appearing? How do I get rid of it?

How do I manage candidate relationships?

We have a problem with the "search" field which seems to occur only in the French version. We have no results when we make a research of a candidate by his name. Even when using the *. It seems to work out well when using the "advanced research" fied.

Entries Are Not Showing When Embedded in a Website...
I made a job application and embedded it in a Google Site. The problem is that when an applicant clicks on "apply now," the following window that opens does not display all of the information. For example, there is a place that I created that requests the applicant to input "Today's Date." However, that entry does not show up when the applicant clicks on the "apply now" button. restore removed fields
I represent a not-for-profit group to help connect job seekers with employers. Zoho recruit is perfect for my current needs. I accidentally removed a field from the candidate application form and I can't get it back and i can't afford to use custom field. is there anyway I can reset the candidate application form for my next job opening or restore removed fields (with or without associated data) or different candidate application forms for different openings?

Adding candidates via another web form
Hi, I am interested in setting up a web form for Recruitment Agencies to be able apply submit candidates. The form would need to be able to add candidate data such as: First name Last name Email Address and other candidate data fields In addition it would need to be able to upload a candidate's CV document against their record and associate them with a job. The key feature of this form apart from the adding of data such as Candidate Name, Candidate Email etc would be the ability to update the SOURCE
Ability to add other multi-record sections to candidate profile

Hyperlinks in emails to allow Zoho Recruit users to jump straight into a candidate record.
Also on a similar note is it possible when forwarding CVs to the line manager to add a hyperlink to the candidate record? So that the line manager can login and accept OR reject them? OR even better have an accept hyperlink and a reject hyperlink in the email so the line manager can react to the candidate without even logging in.
Avoid adding duplicate resumes
Dear Zoho, I have 4 people adding candidates to Zoho recruit. Why not do a duplicate check on email address? This avoids duplicate entries. Would be a great help. You can design it in the same way a new user signs up for a hotmail account (for example) and the hotmail site checks automatically if it is still available. If the address is not available my staff will know the user is already in the system. Cheers, Thomas
User permissions
I am interested to know if it is possible to allow line managers (non-recruiters) into the system to make decisions on candidates (interview or reject) without giving them a view of all the records in the system? I appreciate I would have to purchase a recruiter license for the line manager to edit the candidate record to mark them as rejected for a given job, but I might only want them to be able to see candidate records for the roles they are associated with.
Handing duplicate applications
I have just been testing out Zoho recruit to see how it handles duplicate entries. It seems very odd and I would be grateful if you could clarify this. In most recruitment systems I have worked with they use email address as the unique identifier and this appears to be how Zoho Recruit functions as it does not let you create a candidate record in the system if a candidate aleady exists with that email address. I am particularly concerned with this process as it causes a big problem if recruitment
