How do I delete a search
I created a bunch of searches and now they are no longer relevant. I do not see how to delete expired searches. Some of these things like job openings seem to be held in a cache rather than be deleted. The next best solution would be to have an "All" search be the default. I do not know how to do that. Please help.
Blueprint in Zoho Recruit - anyone using it?
Looking to see if anyone has successfully managed to figure out how to use blueprint in Recruit there is basically no documentation to explain what a proces is & how to configure one, that I can see anyways Any advice appreciated
search by alphabet
This is currently at the bottom of the page which means I have to constantly scroll all the way to the bottom to search that way. It would save so much time if that alphabet search could be at the top of the page instead (or in addition to). Thanks! Lori Gale
Custom Field Type of (Image)
Is there a way to add a Custom Field Type of 'Image ' in the Candidates and Contacts Module? When I go to Setup -> Custom Fields ->Candidates->New Custom Field...there is no field type of 'Image'. Is there a way to add this? I'd also like to be able to do this in the Webforms as well. What I'm actually attempting to do is be able to add a displayable Image to the Candidates Profile, other than the fixed Avatar at the top. I'd also like for the candidates, if applying from the web, to be able to upload
Zoho Recruit - Scrollbar on the right hand side of the screen disappears
Example: If I am updating Notes for a Contact - after I press SAVE I need to refresh the page to get the scrollbar visible again. I can use the wheel on my mouse to scroll up or down the page, but I prefer to use the scrollbar on the Zoho application.

Cant change "Job Opening Status" after creation

Hi - Assessments are great, here are a few suggestions: - If then questions, if someone answers a question one way, then there is a subsequent question - ability to have a comment or other selection where they can add a comment - obviously this would not add to a score - matrix type questions - so a candidate can rank themselves or provide level of experience with various different tasks - ability to customize the HTML - background, font, colours etc Thanks!

Candidates are not visible in the Candidate View, I have to go to a specific Job Opening to see associated candidates.
Hello, For some reason, all candidates that apply for a specific Job Opening, do not appear in the Candidate tab. Look for Devora Hosseinof below, she is only associated with the position Experienced Technical Writers and NOT for the Full-time Technical Writer - Caesarea, Immediate Start. Only when I go into the specific Job Opening and look at the activities can I see who has submitted for this job. How can I get these candidates to appear in the Candidate tab. Quick view of associated candidates
It takes a considerate amount of time to go through and review associated contacts. Can you add a quick view functions where we could quickly bring up the resume of each candidate and then scroll through them without needing to open and close a new window. It's currently very cumbersome and time consuming.

No "frozen" options in pick lists
Should be able to delete, or at least edit, "frozen" options (i.e., Unqualified) in pick lists such as Candidate Status. Some companies might use different terms than what is listed and if they are not used, then is just clogs up the field. Thank you.

Hi all. We're looking at integrating Recruit with a WordPress site and we're investigating how to push back associations between a job opening and a candidate. Assuming the user is logged in to WordPress so we know their email address, and that same user is already registered as a candidate in Recruit, how can we using the API create an association between the Job Opening ID and the email address of the user?
