Scheduling an interview vs inviting participants
When you schedule an interview on the calendar - and select the interviewer and candidate...hitting save, it appears to be posted on your calendar. But is it actually sending out invitations to those parties...or do you need to go in and manually add those and other people you want invited - then send out an invitation as a separate step?

I am new to Zoho and for the most part I've found it very easy to navigate... however I can't seem to work out how to change the job openings view. At the moment, it has three columns - Posting Title, Position Status and Client Name. I want to add a fourth column there - Industry. How do I tweak the view in order to allow this? Hi, I have a candidate sign-up web form published on my agency site and I want to replace it with a careers page that lists jobs and has a tab for sign-up. How can I do this? The sign-up web form is currently embedded to my site. I have already created the careers page in Zoho, but don't know how to make it live. what is the difference between a deleted user and an inactive user in zoho recruit?
I have two inactive users I cant delete cause it says closed and I dont know how to delete them or even if I need to. What is the difference between deleted and Inactive? I also dont want other users to see the deleted users as it seems like there may be a lot of turn over then.

What is the Daily Email limit?
I work in the recruiting industry and need to send job notices to relevant parties. I may have 1500 engineers that all fit the requirements of the posting. Is there a daily limit we are permitted to send? Also, is there a PER MESSAGE limit (how many emails can we send out PER MESSAGE)?
Resume Inbox only allowing a certain amount of CVs parse
I have noticed that Resume inbox is only allowing a small amount of resumes to parse. Why is this the case and is there a way to fix this? I have resumes parsing to Zoho and then they just stop all of a sudden and I'm left adding them manually.

We too have missing candidates. They are not being associated with the job openings. I have contacted Zoho twice for help but am still waiting for assistance.
Can't find the Find and Merge Function.
How do I get to the Find and Merge function? I'm in the Candidates Module. It says in Help to go to More Actions. I click on More Actions--The Find and Merge function isn't there. I have tried to use Deduplicate but it only uses three criteria and those particular criteria have zero effect on our system.
When will duplicate records be fixed when candidate has two attachments in application?
I still notice (confused and frustrated) why when a candidate applies there are two records created if they have 2 attachments in their email to me. Hi Zoho, First of all I would like to mention that I have created two support tickets will all the relevant information over a week ago and still not had a reply. I have called your UK number three times and all three times it hangs up after 8 mins. This is really bad support. Searching through all people at a client
How can I look through all individuals one by one, go in the records, then come out and look at the next record? At the moment I go into Client and work through the people there, but each time I come up it takes me to the very start of the list again.
