Importing Information from 2 spreadsheets
Can I upload information for Candidates from one spreadsheet and then add new data from another spreadsheet at a later time? For example we have information in Outlook eg. First name, second name, ph, email etc. And we also have separate information collected in Mailchimp. Will I be able to add the new data to the existing candidate information from Outlook? We do not want to duplicate data. Thanks, Miriam

Where can I post a large number of jobs?
I went ahead and signed up for the standard plan so I could post jobs only to find that they do not publish anywhere except for my website and a social network I choose. Suggestions? We would like to post a large number of jobs (500+) in major English-speaking cities throughout the world in search for wish teachers willing to travel abroad. Duplicate entry issue we're having
I am having a huge issue with duplicate entries. Is there a way to merge duplicates. There should not be 2 profiles with the same email address. If 2 profiles have the same email address and/or other attributes that clearly show it's the same person, can we merge these? I'd like to do this for all of the candidates in our database.

Candidate file Attachment issues
I found consistent issues on Candidate attachments that only seem to clear up if I exit zoho recruit and go back to the candidate record. I have trouble changing the category type for the attached file. Seems to happen when I add a new attachment. i must exit the system and come back in.

Limit of job applications?
Hi! As admin. of Zoho Recruit, my coworker told me we received a mail about an issue because of exceeding the limit of 50 job applications a day, so that day there would not be sent any more automated welcome-for-the-new-candidate mails. She cannot find the mail so I can´t be sure if this was the actual issue; but just to confirm, there is not a limit of applications a day for automated mailing, right? LinkedIn Authentication issues
LinkedIn Authentication---my account asked me to authenticate LinkedIn again (I've been using the account for several months already). It's not finishing the authentication process, no matter how many times I try (it's getting my login info, etc.--the screen goes blank after that). Interviewer field not retaining data
We have noticed today that the when booking interviews, the Interviewer field is not retaining the information entered. We have booked 3 interviews today, 2 different interviewers, same problem in all. We have that field set to be mandatory.
integrating recruit with custom wordpress sites / career site search
Is there anyway via the API to have a job search box on a web page on a wordpress site? How are users integrating recruit capabilities into their own custom websites? I can't really use the existing career site, it's formatting is just too limiting. Could you provide some examples?

How to I set up an email alert for a candidate applying for a second and third job
Hi A lot of my candidates apply for more than one job to a particular client - currently they receive a welcome email from me when they register through Zoho Recruit. Then they receive a further email telling them they have been registered against a particular job. When they apply for a second position they don't get the acknowledgement for that position which I want them to. Please tell me how I do this. Regards Shirley

Is there a way that I can restrict a user to be able to only see clients in a particular province. I am concerned about data security and theft so I do not want them to be able to see all Clients or all Candidates. This is URGENT
outlook addin - include checkbox to only display clients & jobs that are active
When I parse & attach a candidate from email, using the outlook add-in, I have scroll through every client we have, including many that are not active. Then, one particular clients could have 50+ inactive job orders that I have to scroll through the find the one I need. An option that allowed to only display clients with open job orders & just those open orders would be great. Thanks for considering.
Emails ending up in junkmail
Hey! Every email i send from the system ends up in peoples junkmail, but when i email from my mailclient with same ID it does not end up there. I am using a POP3 for mu exchange mail but the zoho smtp setting, i did not get the other one to work. Any idea of what i can do to resolve this?

We wanted to send a marketing letter to a set of contacts. Went on to part two, followed the instructions but cannot find the the More Actions > Mail Merge. So then we spot the note.... " You will be able to choose the Zoho Writer option only if you are in the Professional or Enterprise

My email address - office @ccrarecruitagency.com - was perfectly active today but couple of hours ago i couldn't login. The error message is that my "Account is Inactive". I have no idea why it would be considered inactive as i never do anything illegal to abuse the service and i really need this account back.
