Whatapp Integration with Zoho Recruit
Do we have Whatapp integration with Zoho Recruit and can we create workflows to send automated response to candidate status on Whatapp ?URL with Candidate ID?
I am trying to put a URL into an e-mail that links back to the candidate. Unfortunately the merge-field only allows to work with the Candidate Id, and the record ID is unavailable as a field. The URL however needs a record ID for the candidate. https://recruit.zoho.com/recruit/EntityInfo.do?module=Candidates&id=$(Candidate.CandidateID) does not link to the right information. Is there a way to trigger a workflow based on certain attachments being present? e.g. In the Candidates module, if 3 attachments are present with categories of "Report", "Survey" and "Resume" then an alert will be sent (or a task created). I can only see criteria of "is attachment present" with a true / false response. Thank you.Vendor Information

Hello, I would like to ask if Zoho is compliant with the new EU legislation on GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation). Have you already started preparing for this? "You can select a maximum of 20 fields." This is the message that I get when attempting to "opt" in more fields when customizing my Candidate Application Form. Is that because of my Subscription type (Professional)? If I upgrade to Enterprise Edition, can I add more than 20 custom fields? Before this form upgrade, my old Webforms allowed me way more fields. It would be extremely convenient to have a lookup field whose type is Users. There are many instances where we need to relate certain actions to users. Furthermore, in our company the candidate sourcer might not be the one who's creating the profile (done by an admin). Please do consider adding this essential feature in the future. Hi there, I am currently trying to populate a multi-select checklist with records from an excel spreadsheet. I have entered the variables in a single cell separated by a semicolon as demonstrated; Babysit;Temp;Permanent The options in the Zoho field that it is aligned with are Babysit, Temp, Permanent and TBC. I feel we customers of ZR are nothing but beta testers for this new platform. I find all the time issues to be changed and corrected. Some of them are bugs, some just bad architecture and stupid development. Some can be fixed but I feel it is not my job to configure the system to work as what it is meant to be. I tried out of the ZipRecruiter integration and posting jobs worked very well, but getting candidates back into Recruit didn't work as well. We found that the number of click throughs dropped dramatically due to candidates being brought to our website to complete our (very) short application and upload their resume. I am currently investigating the most suitable / easy way to create automated employment reference process through wordpress, gravity forms and zoho recruit. Scenario: Candidate uploads their details. Automated email link sends them to a specific web page. They submit their employment references into a gravity form. I've gone through and reactivated my jobs, after they almost all went inactive due to my account going inactive (by accident). I have over 40 jobs. I have updated my account and I am current. However, now my entire job board only has 5 jobs on it even though I went through all 40 of my jobs and updated them to in progress (I was told there was no mass way to do this).It appears as though there is no way to mass publish these jobs to my job site. Hello, let's say I have module X and field Y. Field Y has many properties/pick list options that can be chosen from.
