Menu bar disappears
if you have a job opening with assigned candidates, you can review the job opening, and it will tell you underneath the title the client, the number of positions, and the number of assigned candidates. If you click on that ling you will see a list of candidates for that job. Unfortunately the menu is not displayed on that list page, and once you drill down into candidates, there is no way to get back to the menu ever. This should be fixed.
View all jobs associated with candidates from search result
Hi, I'd like some way of seeing all the jobs candidates have been associated with in a summary view from a search - e.g. search for candidates with "asp.net" and see whether they've been associated with a particular job without having to drill down into each candidate. I realize this might involve putting more detail in the Resume Status field which may be impractical, but any other ideas? Thanks in advance, Rob
Search for C# candidates only
Hi, I wish to search for candidates with C# experience so enter "C#" with quotes for the exact phrase but it returns all candidates with the letter "C" in their resumes. So I guess # is a reserved character so I try "C\#" to escape it, no dice. Any ideas how to just identify candidates with C# experience? Thanks in advance, Rob

Hi I would like to be able to change the default view to show 50 lines not 25 please. I owuld also like to be able to show the default view by Job Opening Status then by client - however it always seems to refer to the job# IS this possible?
Jobs are not posting to Indeed- need help immediately
Jobs are not posting to Indeed - we need help immediately. We have checked all the dates and they are current when submitting. We have also ensured that they all show as In-Progress. We are being notified by Zoho notations that the jobs are being published, but this is obviously not accurate.

resume inbox not working
The resume inbox is not working for me. From company email address associated with the account, I have sent multiple emails to it over the past few days and none of them have created new candidates, nor have they showed up in the failed or parsed sections of the "resume inbox" > "Reports"

I've set up my email to show in Recruit, but candidate emails aren't showing in the Candidates tab. What additional settings do I need to enable me to view entire email conversations for each candidate? Both outgoing/incoming emails.
Locked into using one client for resume forwarding?
Hi there. I'm trying to send out an application to our client. When I go to forward it, the drop down menu for choosing a client is greyed out and I appear to be locked into only using that candidate. This feature only occurs with jobs associated with him and not with other postings (e.g., I can send an application to anyone from other postings). How do I change this feature so I can send an application to other clients besides the one that the application is associated with?
Recording notes issue

Custom views broken with more than 12 criteria
Hello, When I create a new custom view with more than 12 criteria, the program empties all criteria. This problem occures since yesterday. Even if I clone an existing custom view and save it, he deletes all the input. Converted to Employee
If I have a candidate with a status of Converted to Employee, can I take that away? I deleted him in zoho people. I unlocked him and changed his status to rejected but it still says Converted to Employee. I am pulling data from zoho into another reporting program and I need to be able to change this Converted to Employee status.
