Searches with special characters
Is there a way to have your searches not treat special characters (such as #) as a wildcard? We have been trying to conduct searches for candidates with C# experience, but we keep getting extra records because it appears it is treating the # as a wildcard and giving us all records with a "C" in them. Thanks.

Hi there, where can I see the candidates that have applied? Also where can I see which sites job has been posted on? What does in progress mean? I really need help using this platform, I am familiar with talendesk and this is not as streamlined.
Problem with Interview Schedule display
My interview schedule in the interviews Tab is not showing properly. Even though I scheduled it for today 4:00 PM(i.e., 23rd July) its showing tomorrow 4:00 PM. I have changed my time zone to india which is where I am currently located. but its not getting reflected in the schedule. Please help me in fixing this issue. You can reach me at 819 719 66 77. How to import data about 'Job Opening - Candidate - Status'
One of our clients has a custom Recruiting system that they were using before migrating to Zoho REcruit. They have special relationship data for Job Opening- Candidate - Status. We would like to import this data to Zoho Recruit. Is it possible? Regards, Haluk

Applicant Resubmission
Is there any sort of applicant portal where the applicant has the ability to review their submitted resume/application and/or possibly edit it if they find a mistake? Or if they know there was a mistake will Zoho automatically merge the applications if the applicant resubmits an application?
No pre-inserted info when associating candidate and notifying client manager
When a colleague adds a candidate to a job, then they tick the "notify client manager" box, they can send me a mail, but the mail makes no mention of candidate details at all... would be nice if that could be auto inserted somehow, just like when you send a client email using a template. It could have candidate name, job, company and a link to candidate or job file page in zoho. is that not possible?

Hello, Every embedded link that directs to the apply now page has predetermined information in it. It is not blank, therefore you have to delete the information to apply for our jobs. Candidate notification problem
Candidate number doesn't show up when a candidate adds their resume into our system. The record adds ok, but the message to the candidate shows the variable and not the value. screen shot attached.

Unable to unpublish any jobs
When I click on the icon to unpublish it brings me to the publishing page. If I try to unselect all of the sites to unpublish from it tells me that I have to select atleast 1 to publish. I have added a custom field of image upload type to Candidates module in zoho recruit. I also have Gravity Forms webform on my website which is integrated to Zoho Recruit using its API. All the fields are going well to Zoho because they are plain texts, but I don't find any method or guide to add image via Zoho Recruit API. Thanks in advance for the solution. I need it urgently.

Search issues ('Recent status')
I have encountered the following issue while using zoho recruit application: While searching using 'Recent status' criteria there are some records, which are not detected. E.g. while searching for "Associated" candidates, the search does not return any results, but on the "Candidates" list there are some "Associated" candidates. Is it a common problem? Can you help me with this issue?

Google Apps Calendar sync with Zoho Recruit
Hi, we have Zoho Recruit for Google Apps installed. I expected the calendars between the two would sync - e.g. updates in Google Calendar would appear in the Zoho Recruit calendar, and visa versa. This seems not to happen, and I've found no way to enable it. Thanks.
Importing candidates from document
Hi, importing resumes from a document has completely stalled for me. The candidate screen has run very slow this morning (Australian time). My ZOHO Recruit has completely locked up on the "Importing your file has been initiated" screen.

Is there a way to upload more than 10 resumes in to ZOHO recruit using the Resume Parsing functionality?
Customize the candidate form?
is it not possible to customize the candidate form (the form the candidate fills out)? I need to ask questions specific to my industry but see no way to add customized questions only select from preselected fields.
Resumes are not being imported if received by the resume parser and already exist in the database
For over a week now, I just noticed, resumes we receive are not being imported int Zoho Recruit if the candidate already exists in the database. This is a HUGE problem. I'm not going through every email we've received and I'm back to 7/9/14 so far and still finding the problem. Display all job postings on first page
Can we make more than 10 job postings appear at a time on our job website page? Currently, you have to select, 20, 50 100, if you want to see more than 10 postings.
Career website page can't delete content panel
This seems to have happened with the recent update to the Career Website builder tool. Content panels that existed before the update cannot be deleted. When editing a page you can click the bin icon, then click the "I understand. Delete..." confirmation button, then "Save & Publish", but if you then go back into the page to edit it, the content panel will still be there. New content panels created after the recent update to the Career Website builder tool seem to delete with no problems, it's only
