On the application, why do some of our mandatory fields not show up? The STATE a person lives in never shows up for us and it is listed as a required field

How to improve Zoho Recruit
We ran some telephone interviews and cant see how/where we can add the notes / outcomes of the interviews. We would like to see a category field for interviews and the ability upload quite detailed notes and perhaps upload attachments eg results of Psychometric or scanned copies of notes taken during interview. In addition we need to interviewers at every interview.
Candidate Status Options
Hi there!!! I am a little frustrated that I can't change or edit some of the candidate statuses that the software came with. For example we wouldn't use "on hold" or "unqualified" in our business. Also I can't arrange the list in the order I want because of the "system" fields cannot be moved. Anyone have any ideas here? Is there a way to edit or move them that I am not seeing? Resume Parser from Zoho Docs
Good morning team, Just testing the resume parser built into Zoho Recruit. Are there any plans to be able to pick documents from Zoho Docs? This would be very helpful as it would speed processing with no uploading required and resumes can be emailed directly into Zoho docs or saved from Zoho Mail directly in Zoho Docs. Change user name
I have two users on my account that have the same last name. Is there a way to get their first and last name to show up as their user name instead of just their last name and a number? Also, our company paid for three recruiters when signing up. Is this what allows up to have 3 users on one account or was it even necessary for me to pay for 3 users if they can all be included on one recruiter account? Thanks, Zac.
Suggestions regarding adding candidates and company contacts
It would be very helpful if you could move the "add candidate" buttons to the left so that we don't have to push the slider all the way over every time we want to add a candidate. It would also be very helpful if there was a button on the "add client contact" page to use the main number of the company for the contact's work number. Thanks, Eric Wheel

More Merge Selection
As I was making contact templates for candidates, I noticed I am only able to select from the Candidate record set when merging fields. It would be nice to reference the position or positions for which they have applied or for which they are under consideration. This would require mail merge from that field set. Thank you.
Limited ability to save information for each candidate
I'm trying out your recruit app and there is at least one problem with it. We gather information on candidates, which we save in a file. We also save the candidate's resume in a file. We also re-write the resume in a profile format and save that in a file. Unfortunately, your app only allows one file per candidate. Even if I try to copy and paste the info into a text field it won't work because there are too many characters. I'm not sure we can use the app for this reason.

Disable Account Redirect
We recently had a new Zoho Recruit account made for our division of the company. When you are in Gmail and select Zoho Recruit from the drop down More menu it keeps directing to the disabled account from before. Right now I have the log in page saved as a favorite but it would be easier we could get the More option to go directly to our new account. Any ideas on how to get that to happen?

ZOHO crm field mapping.
I have zoho crm account which I have integrated with zoho recruit. In my business situation, my clients in zoho crm are my candidates in zoho recruit. But zoho recruit is not enabling me to map the crm fields to candidates but only to client fields. Kindly help me solving this problem by enabling me to map the crm fields to candidate fileds in zoho recruit.
Automatically tagging candidates?
Is there a way to have Zoho Recruit automatically tag candidates / resumes / job openings with a certain tag whenever certain actions are taken? For example, I want to automatically tag a candidate as "scheduled-for-interview" whenever a recruiter schedules an interview for an existing candidate, or to tag them as "rejected" whenever a candidate is rejected.
Duplicate Attachments
I have found that the system attaches two copies of the same document to my emails when forwarding candidates to clients. It's not a huge problem, but does not look professional. Please advise. Thank you, John

The feed to Simply Hired appears to be down.
We now use another vendor in conjunction with Zoho because this keeps happening... But, as a courtesy, I thought I would let you know that your feed to SimplyHired appears to be broken once again. Most of your customers' job openings are no longer showing up on Simply Hired. Do you have an ETA of when it will be fixed?
Client Meeting to Calendar interface?
Can we please have the option to add Client appointments to the calendar from the actual client form? I'd like to be able to schedule a follow up meeting with my client in the future right through the client/client contact form. This can be for internal use or to invite the client... doesn't matter. Just need to have that interface with the calendar. Also, could we add the option to schedule calendar events for meetings with candidates also (internal reference). Easier that doing it all through Zoho

How do you create a custom view of temps working for this week. I have tried multiple combinations of job status, start date, end date etc but I am unable to find the correct combinations to show the temps I have working this week?? Any suggestions on how I can do this.
Zoho Recruit Email Tab Does Not Work on iPad Safari
Hi Support, I logged in to Zoho Recruit on my iPad Safari, but when I clicked on an email (on Email tab), the page hangs and I can't do anything on Zoho or Safari anymore. I had to force quit Safari and restart again. The rest of the tabs work fine, except the email tab.
