i customized my advert form but when opening its faulty n missing 80% of the customization. i customized my applicant form but when opening its faulty n missing 90% of the customization. there is no advice or tips or reference guides for this. n nobody replies when i submit help requests
Adding a person to a group interview
Is it possible to clone or copy an interview? I often set up group interviews, and then add another individual to the same interview group. But it appears I have to enter the same interview information all over again. Am I missing something?

I have created custom fields within my candidate tab in Zoho Recruit: i.e Roll Off Month, Roll Off Date, Current Client ... When I try to create a report, I cannot find these fields available within the cadidate table? How do I access these fields to create a report where I can target candidates that are on current assignements that will be rolling off within 30-60-90 days? it appears that there are limited fields only available where all the fileds within the db sould be availalbe to lookup or
Not receiving email into my Zoho account.
I am not getting email in to my Zoho account. I've received the following error: Invalid Security Certificate for the server. Try changing the incoming port to 110, without SSL and check again. I changed the port and still receive the error....
Change Hire Date
Is there a way to manually change the Hire Date? I need to have an accurate hire date, but if a candidate starts with a client before I am in front of my computer (esp. since the mobile app is 2 years delayed), their Hire Date (or Start Date) can be off until I do my record-keeping. Any suggestions?

I think it would make more sense to click on the Posting title or Candidate title (rather than the ID#) to open a job/candidate/client page. Is there a setting for this? If not, that'd be nice. I have a million other ideas... :)

Decimal numbers are very important
For my job openings, I like to list wages as a number. But the number field does not allow decimals. Most staffing agencies that place people in temporary jobs use hourly wages, and the difference between $8 and $8.50 is significant. Can you please make a number field that supports decimals? Thanks!

Long names are truncated in table view and can't be copied correctly
Hello Zoho, We have a problem with canditate table view. We have to copy a large number of first names, last names and emails into an external system for online testing. And when we copy/paste long values of names they are truncated and changed into something wrong. For example last name "Клименко" is changed into "КлимеC". This slows our work very strongly as we have to open candidates individually or to write correct text manually. Thanks in advance for your help. Best regards

Is there a way to search in Zoho Recruit by skill and zip code radius. I cannot find it. This is a very basic function. I am currently evaluating Zoho recruit and if this featur is not available, it is a deal killer.
job openings security issue
I think Zoho Recruit has some great features however the job openings tab should be more customizable and you should have the option to archive old jobs and secure the information related to filled jobs vs open jobs - it's too easy for people to steal valuable information and it has happened to me personally - this data is more sensitive than the client and client contacts data which can be managed by the different user type / access positions.. HELP

Hi there, I have experienced an error occurring with a thank you letter which is sent automatically once the applicant submits their personal profile on system. I have double checked everything in setting so that the email alerts (a thank you letter), or all the template emails will be sent from Admin recruiter's email address @ yen.vu.thi@nextop.asia. However, something goes wrong causing above letter is now sending from a user in our system @ nga.quach.thi.thu@posismo.com. Could you please help

The search field in the candidates tab seems to be finicky...sometimes I can get in there and do a search form someone but most often I can't get into the field... Is this a glitch or is there something I am doing wrong?
Why are forum post status not updated?
I've looked at the forum post and noticed that most postings from Zoho recruit users have no statuses. I'm hoping that the forum is a good place to find solutions when there's a problem in Zoho Recruit, but looking under the problem section of this forum, it seems like this is not the place to go.
