Customising job detail page.
Hi, In the "Careers website page" I have created a custom page to list my job. It is called Front page. This page only has one section has I want to embed it in my home page. No other sections. It looks really well. When I click on a job it open a new window with the full job details. The page only has the job details as i have no other sections included. Can I add custom HTML to this page? I cannot see how? To explain it another way. Can the jobs list and job details page have different layouts.
A bug in your Candidate search Algorithm
Dear Sir / Madame: You have a bug in your candidate search algorithm. I used the Advanced Search feature and entered two criteria (using 'and' feature) - 1) from my Position picklist I selected "Sales - Inside" and 2) from my Province picklist I selected "British Columbia" It returned anyone with sales in their Position. I also tried the search using my City picklist, choosing Vancouver and it returned anyone with sales and the word Vancouver in City. We have North Vancouver, West Vancouver and Vancouver
Filtering Candidates
When I need to view candidates for a job opening, I use the "filter by candidate for associated job opening" option. This lists all the Job Openings we have, and not just the active ones ("in progress"). Some of the Job Opening in the dropdown list have already been cancelled or put on hold. As a recruitment firm, we process numerous openings, and to have even inactive ones appear in the list makes it unwieldy. Hope you can provide an easier way to view associated candidates for active job openings.
Disable Automatic Login
I cannot find the instructions to STOP automatic sign-in into Zoho Recruit. The person must have clicked on "automatically sign me in" somewhere in the system and we can't find out where to reverse it. We want to have this person sign in every time they open their computer, not automatically. Any help would be appreciated - Please and Thanks!

Ordering Sequence of predefined Emails
Dear all, I numbered my Emails to candidates to get them in that order. Afterwards, when I choose a predefined e-mail the list is not ordered alphabetic. The last changed predifined Email is shown first (order is by date last changed)
Change status to "hired" and "lock" a candidate without having a job opening.
I forwarded a candidate to a customer without a job opening in my system . Now the customer decided to hire the candidate. How can I set a candidate to status "hired” and "lock" the candidate, when I have no associated job opening? Best regards Michael Walser

I see that you can create multiple candidate forms. Can you assign different forms for different types of positions? We would like to allow some Executives and Physicians to just submit their resumes without having to fill out the entire job application that we require of other positions. Please advise. Thank you!

Avoiding duplicate entries in ZOHO
My understanding when we decided to launch ZOHO was that when entering candidates or clients to the system that it would recognize duplicate email addresses. Ensuring that we didn't run into duplicates. Clearly this is not the case. Other than the obvious (ie entering a candidate name before entering into the system to check for duplicates) does anyone have a solution to this? This is a pretty basic feature to set up and I'm shocked (again) with some of the mediocrity of the ZOHO platform.
Import via google apps (candidate´s name)
Hello, importing candidates through "import via google apps" the candidate's name (full name) appears imported, completely, into the box "First name". How to get around this?

Resume Parser & Outlook Plugin not working
Hi I just recently purchased the Outlook Plugin and the Resume Parser on the Free Edition. Resume Parser When I reached 4 candidates I was unable to Parse any more resumes (so I bought and paid for the plugin) but I am still having the same problem as in when I parse a resume it overwrites the last candidate. OUTLOOK PLUGIN ERROR The second problem is with Outlook. I installed the plugin and when I try to use any of the features I get an error: The remotes server returned an error: (500) Internal

I've tried to update the javascript included so that the 'Home" and "Careers" buttons actually work. I've been using 'javascript:history(-1)" in place of 'javascript:void(0)' that exists now. When I try to save and publish I get an error and the page usually crashes.

Hi, When sending email from the Candidates tab, the email is always sent via Zoho so in Gmail the from says "via Zoho". In the email tab, I have Zoho configured to send via my SMTP server so email does not show up as "via Zoho". Is there any way to configure email sent from the candidates tab to send through my SMTP server and not via Zoho? Thanks!
Big problem with published jobs
Seems to be there was an update and now all job postings are published with HTML tags, links doesn`t work etc.

I open 10-15 candidates at a time in my browser, but I cant distinguish between the various tabs because all read 'Zoho Recruit'. The title of these pages could have been more intuitive
