Editing an attachment
Hey, i just faced with an editing problem. At the attachment there is an EDIT button leads to a new tab on the browser, but after editing and saving nothing happening! What did I do in the wrong way?

Recruit Mobile App - no access to calander
There seems to be no access to my Recruit calander in the mobile app. Am I missing something? To me, to be mobile, one has an essential need to be able to views appointments, events and so on. I do not understand why calander has not been included. In the old zoho recruit it was possible to synchronize zoho recruit calander with mobile devices but this does not seem possible in the new zoho recruit. Rotate Mobile App
I've asked for this feature before a long time ago...and was hoping it would be implemented by now, but it obviously isn't. So, here goes again. Your mobile app would actually be useful if it would auto-rotate when the device is used on it's side. I have a tablet with keyboard cover that I use as a primary device. However, your app is basically useless on this device since it doesn't rotate. Please add this functionality as soon as possible! Thanks...
Cannot find Merge Field CSV file needed to create resume templates in MS Word

ability to send candidate from mobile
Having the ability to "submit to client" from mobile is critical. I'm out all the time and can't send someone to a client until I'm back at my desk :)

Remove Contacts From a Saved Search
Is there any possibility to remove contacts from a saved search once it's been run? (Remove, but not permanently delete from my database, as that's the only option available currently). I am generating lists of contacts that I wish to mass mail, but I am manually selecting which ones to send the email to as invariably there are contacts brought up in the search that I don't want to include. The saved list is then useless as a point of reference to see who I sent the mail to, as it still includes
What is the optimal size for photos?
We get comments from candidates that they cannot upload their photos through our web form. On our end it works fine, so it's hard to troubleshoot. Are there specific size restrictions and/or photo formats that are compulsory/preferred? It would be helpful if we could add those specifications in the help comments with the field. Thank you
Outlook 2016 Plugin for Windows
Apologies if this is on another thread, but I can't seem to find it... Is there an Outlook 2016 plugin in the works at all? I can see download links in my Setup page for 2007, 2010 and 2013 (and then MAC 2016), but nothing for Windows Outlook 2016. Specifically, I'm IMAP if that makes a difference. Thanks, Steve

Please create a quick search at the top which is always visible and will do a simple search of all profiles regardless of type.. Currently if you want to search for a contact, you have to click several times before you get to the appropriate search box.

Ability to change the candidates name
The parser doesn't always catch the name correctly and then I have to manually enter the information for all the fields.
Anyone using Outlook mac addon?
Trying to get the addon for Outlook to work on a Mac ( outlook for mac 2016). to get it to work, there is a small armchair on the top of the screen & you operate a drop down box. I can get it to set up a client contact but it will not ( as far as I can see) either add candidates or add mails as notes to candidates - is there some setup quirk I am missing or does this functionality not work?

ZipRecruiter Integration - 1 click Apply feature
I tried out of the ZipRecruiter integration and posting jobs worked very well, but getting candidates back into Recruit didn't work as well. We found that the number of click throughs dropped dramatically due to candidates being brought to our website to complete our (very) short application and upload their resume. Any chance you have set up the integration to include the 1 click Apply, similar to what we current have with Indeed? We currently use an XML file integration with Indeed that works

Any plan to ever make the country / city / zip code fields auto-resolve? I could be here a very long time entering in all the countries and states and setting up field dependencies. Could Zoho maybe hire some guy off O-Desk to put all these in, and you can provide us with a strong start out of the box? Maybe a State field with selectable masks for example?
Territories dont work - Zoho Recruit
"Hi everyone, ZOHO claims that the Recruit product allows for segregating entities (candidates/job openings/to dos, etc) by territory. We have that purchased the product only because of this claim. However, we cannot seem to make the territories feature work the way that ZOHO claims. Even if we isolate users into different territories, they can still see each other's candidates, job openings, etc. could someone tell us what we are doing wrong? Any advice on how to make the TERRITORIES feature

Multiple problem in recruit

1. In the dashboard the displayed # of candidates is limited at 999+ . Would it be hard to display the real number? 2. The app does not have a search functionality, hence it is very difficult to search for a specific candidate. 3. When you access the candidates associated to a certain job opening you are not able to see or edit her profile like in the general candidate view. The same with the status.
