How to Export More than 5000 Records in 2016
Hi, Looking to export more than 5000 records and running into trouble. Existing forum posts say to create a custom view and use the candidate ID field, but that field is no longer a number and is now a string, meaning you can't specify a range anymore. Any idea how to export more than 5000 records in 2016? Thanks, Tim
Exporting Contacts doesnt include Client Names
Hi I've tried to export contact details but they haven't exported the client names!? I've tried different views to see if that works? But nothing does? I'm trying to export details to mailchimp so i can send an email (as Zoho Mail doesnt work!) & I've not been able to export all the data i need?

Can you please make it possible to add the "REPLACE" function to all fields
When having to update codes/information within a custom field, it currently does not update everyone who has that existing code. This is very frustrating. Not all fields have the "replace" feature. It would be a valuable tool to have.

Can you please add the "Replace" option to all fields, not just the default ones. When updated or replacing information in fields it doesn't properly sync to the existing candidate record and has to be done manually. This can be a time consuming process and difficult when sorting records.
Can candidates automatically be added/synced to an associate job opening if they fit the criteria?
I set the "Criteria Components" for a specific associated job opening, can candidates automatically be placed in there or do I have to continue to do it manually? Thank you.

Emails sent from Zoho come from a different address and falling into spam
Hello, does anybody have problems with emails sent from Zoho coming to the recepient from another email address? When we send an email it always comes from a different address than selected in Zoho, it is a ......@zoho.com, not company address. The function becomes totally useless, as all emails go directly to spam. Hello, this is very urgent. After setting up an email in Zoho all new emails in Outlook are marked as read. It causes serious problems. This is not possible at all. Yesterday I wrote an email to support, no answer. Emailing from Zoho did not work for 4 monhs, now it works, but there are problems with the Outlook. I clearly stated that I do not want to use Zoho as a primary email application. I just need it for sending mass emails to candidates. Nothing else. Can somebody contact me asap? Thank you

Web Forms Editor not working properly
I wanted to change the form for candidate to register. The from editor does not allow me to delete fields that are on the form. The trash icon does not remove the field. Even though it adds an entry in the list on the right. I am using Google Chrome on Windows 10. ' Does anyone else have similar problems with forms? Thomas.

JOB Posts. HELP!!
Our job posts are not getting published to any of the partner sites. I need these to go to Indeed, Glassdoor, Juju and Monster (we are a paid subscriber). Since the upgrade I have been getting very low traffic. When I post a new job it asks where I want the job linked and I choose the sites I mentioned however when I visit those sites none of these positions are listed!! Anyone have the same experience? Please help ASAP or I will be forced to look for another solution. Anyone have any good recommendations

My Clients need to see a number of emails that are all uploaded to the candidate section of Zoho Recruit. Is there a way in which I can send an email to a client and attach the documents already attached to the candidates profile within Zoho Recruit? At the moment it looks like I have to download each document and then send them as attachments from the desktop. is there a way that I can attach them directly from zoho? regards
Custom View in Recruit not Showing Candidates as it Should
I continue to have issues with Zoho Recruit and Custom View's in the Candidates tab not working as expected. I am seeing Candidates brought into a custom view that shouldn't be there. See attached file. I've circled the Status that shouldn't be showing in the View. I generated this by going into Job Openings and used the Custom View for that specific job. My basic troubleshooting has shown that if the Candidate's first Associated job on the list in the Candidate tab has the Status I've added to the

No Bounce-back on Mass Mail
Hi, can you please confirm if I'm still correct. Z support told me that on the new version of recruit they no longer support bounce-back emails when we send a 'mass' mail..... This is so frustrtaing if it is still the case...how can we send out emails to our client contacts and not be able to monitor bounce-backs? How to get email sent to client contacts from Outlook client show up in Zoho Recruit?
I configured the exchange server account as a pop account in Zoho Recruit. Now I can see e-mails received from client contacts in the contacts page or from candidates in the candidates page. What do I need to configure so that emails send with Outlook Client to clients or candidates show up on that page as well? As far as I can tell it only works if I BCC myself on every e-mail which is supper clunky and messes up my inbox. If I BCC the Zoho email account, they show up there, but they do not get

On the interview set-up page, when scheduling an interview, it would be nice to be have the ability to add an interviewer as a client contact at that point. Frequently there is a new interviewer who may not be in the system as a company contact.

Once we have linked a zoho profile to a contacts LinkedIn account, is there anyway for the zoho account to automatically be updated to the corresponding fields (example job title, email, phone, address, skills)? What are our options, if any when having that added social media link to the contacts zoho account?
It would be a great feature to be able to color code tags. The color could be maintained/set under the Tag customization section.
