Changing Recruiter information
Hello, I have 2 questions. 1. If I change the 2nd recruiter email address and info to a different person, will all the correspondence (emails, notes etc.) still be visible on candidate profiles? 2. If I delete the 2nd recruiter account, do all the candidates owned by that recruiter also get deleted or does the ownership change? And again, will the correspondence still be visible on candidate profiles? Thank you!

Admin can't log in-Password says doesn't exist
My other administrator can't even log in. Password reset says he doesn't exist, but he is listed right there as an admin next to me in users.

Project Status Pick List
On the Edit Pick List screen for Project Status a number of the default values are greyed out and I cannot edit or remove them. Why is this? They are not all relevant for our work flow.

API query - Candidates
Hello, I am trying to integrate Zoho Recruit in a stand alone PHP app. I hadn't found a way to get all the hot candidates via your API. I can get all the candidates and filter them afterwards in my code, but as far as I can see, there is a limit of 200 records I receive after calling the API. So, my question is: How do I get only the hot candidates by calling the API? Thank you!

Good morning, I wanted to know if amendments, improvements and upgrades are being made to the system with regard to recording notes. How can we record candidate notes directly to a job without associating every candidate with that job? Also, how can we record a clients' notes directly onto a job card without having to copy and paste it across from the client contact card. Thanks Tom
Remove converted contact in a proper way
I have converted an candidate to contact, how can I remove the contact properly. I tried to just delete the converted contact. However, if I did that, I cannot convert the candidate to contact again.
Bulk Candidate Status Update
We have a group of candidates we just bulk emailed. They were associated as promising to different jobs. Now we'd like to update the Candidate Status for all of them. How can we bulk change Candidate Status for all the candidates we just bulk emailed? BTW - We also gave them all a temporary tag so we could pull them all up in one view. Now we need a way to do the bulk Candidate Status update.
Client Name Character Limit
Hi, It seems that i'm unable to create a new job opening because the company name is 'too long', or rather, not within the 25 characters. I find this feature disturbing as most of my clients have more than 25 characters in their names. I've been unable to link a Job Opening with a Client's profile since. Kindly advise. Thanks!

Parsing
Hi, We parsed a resume. The name of the candidate was not recognized and appeared as "No Name". We corrected the name. In the candidate file, we have now the correct name but in report, in list .... the name of the candidat remains "No Name" This a bug? How fix it ?
it doesn't order of jobs by id properly, 100 goes up, 38 goes down
the job don't order properly, when clicking ascending order they start from 100 instead of starting from 1. please look into the issue. its very annoying sometimes.

Automatic email - send "from"
Workflow action, sending out an email is sending emails displayed FROM the user. I want to be able to send an email FROM an 'Add-on email account' which displays a FROM name different to the user that the email account is associated to. How can I ensure that automatic emails sent from Zoho display the company name and not the users name in the 'From' section?

Hello. Is it possible to edit the fields that appear when we click on "Candidates"? i.e. at the moment the fields that appear are candidate name, city, candidate status, updated on and source. We would like to replace "city" with "town". Is this possible?

Hi, I contacted Zoho a week and half ago about one of our users. She is still having problems signing into our Zoho Recruit account. When she signs on, it redirects her to a trial Zoho CRM version rather than our company account. Please advise on how we can reconcile this. The user is mprimmer@kremgroup.com.

a) When trying to upload applicant / parse the CV details into Database the details do not show up unless I - click into an alternative sub heading and click back to candidate again. Unable to use search functions for clients
Hi we are an agency recruiter still on the old version of Zoho. For some reason 2 of my consultants are unable to use search facilities today but I still can. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated
